The house was ideal for our large family, it was a fairly long drive to the beach and the road in is too narrow for our liking. That didn’t bother the rest of the family though. They all won’t to go back next year! I appreciated Nikki’s quick response to a couple of issues and the fact she was easy to contact.

Heating and cooling was very useful for Victoria’s ever changing weather. A very private and peaceful space that feels cosy and luxurious. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Thanks for the wonderful stay! Very relaxing. Early and late check in was very helpful. Nice dog friendly beach close by and close to shops. The bed was super comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Neighbour who was also caretaker was friendly and offered to look after the dog - above and beyond! Felt very welcome. Thank you!!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family getaway - beautiful open plan kitchen/living with open fireplace and all the supplies we needed, and a wonderful location within east walking distance to a great playground and all the local cafes and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family with adult kids and a puppy Angie and Jo’s place was so clean and felt like home when you walked in They were so lovely to leave beautiful wine bread eggs milk bacon and so on. It was fabulous and even up to amazing body wash and amenities in the bathroom It was great especially not taking linen and the beds were so comfy The yard was huge so our puppy had a ball We played lots of games of pool up stairs and made lots of memories and we will definitely be back They were great hosts as would get back to you straight away if you had any questions. I loved the kitchen area as we spent lots of time just chatting around the big island bar. It was a nice walk in to town and close to everything Highly recommended Can’t wait to return ❤️thanks again.
