Simones place is great. 2 double bedrooms 1 en-suite both a good size and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge. The location is excellent as only a 5 minute walk into the town centre. It is also extremely quiet.

hosts were very helpful and was a great place to stay while studying at the college close by. would recommend

Lovely house with 2 friendly cats. Bed room at 1st floor with a toilet beside. 2 windows facing front footpath. Generally, it is a good place with fair price. You can walk along River Lune close to the house.

Excellent stay at Alfonso, Alex & Gandolfi the cat’s place 😂. Excellent location for Wigan, Manchester & Liverpool with the train station close by or Wigan a bit further down.. friendly hosts that made you feel welcome, would definitely recommend & will definitely be back.

From the moment we booked Lauren was so helpful and very welcoming. When we arrived at the accommodation Lauren welcomed us and made sure we were happy with everything, everything was perfect. Throughout are stay Lauren was always a message away for any help we needed. The house was so clean and perfect, has everything you need when staying away. The location is so close to train station and bus depot. Beautiful house in a perfect location, with an amazing host.

It was a miracle to find the perfect place to spend Easter. It met all our needs for peace and quiet in a detached cleverly designed, lofty space surrounded by garden and birdsong. A haven to return after easy access to town and country, choice of churches and good restaurants, the station and EV charging at Tickled Trout Hotel. Wonderful treat to relax in bed to watch films on the big screen after a welcoming cocktail with our interesting , relaxed, friendly hosts. Brilliant shower and room even for a zoom meeting! The photos don’t show how much floor and surface space there is. Very good appliances, self-catering equipment, lighting everywhere and lovely hot water. Attention to detail! No complaints at all. It could not have gone better. Thank you so much David and Pamela. PS The cherry on the icing on the cake was that you could accommodate an extra person last minute.

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.

We had a lovely stay. The property was in a very central, busy location but once inside was quiet. I stayed with a 9 year old who had no trouble with sleeping. The property had everything that we needed and was modern and clean throughout. Had an issue with bedding for the sofa-bed in the front room but turns out we were looking in the wrong area on the sofa. We called to let them know and had a very quick phone call back to help us! All in all an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

Darius was a friendly and relaxed host. The beds were comfortable and rooms a decent size. Key fob allows for independent access. Not far from main parade of shops. Very convenient place to sleep while visiting friends in Netherton.
