George was an attentive host, we were greeted with espresso, fresh lemonade and a spotless room. He made us feel right at home, cooked for us, and gave wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or location, we would stay here again in a heart beat.

The house is great. We gathered 8 people to celebrate. We went with twin babies. They provided two high chairs and a park bed. Everything and everything was clean and the pool was very nice. Of course, there is a clear smell of chlorine from those used for heating and cleaning purposes, but if not, we could have doubted cleanliness. Next time, we will take bathrobes and garden slippers with us. It was not a good idea to use the bath towels by the pool, we made a mistake

The villa was lovely, absolutely beautiful place that looks just like the photos. Great location in the center of things, and a great garden too. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent for a trip with friends

An amazing place made for a real holiday. We were extremely satisfied during our week-long stay. The fact that it is not in Pomorie is by no means a minus, on the contrary-we enjoyed the peace and quiet of Kamenar, while taking us lessthan 10 minutes by car to get to the beach of Pomorie. The house is very well equipped and we didn't lack for absolutely nothing. Hosts keep the place clean and tidy and are very welcoming and helpful. It's convenient for families with children or companies up to 8-10 people, with extra sleeping areas ( we were with two young children under 3 and one young person 10 years old). The courtyard of the house is a big plus, as is the covered garage. I absolutely recommend this place to people who need real rest, quiet, and relaxation, and I hope to visit again

It was my second time to stay at Emre’s place. We had so much fun and made great memories there. Great location by the lake in a villa that has everything we needed. Thank you Emre for hosting us and for being very responsive.

The house is quite big, we are very comfortable, there is a grass garden of its own, enough to spend time with garden supplies and so on. The things I especially pay attention to were the cleanliness of the kitchen,bathroom and bed, and we were never cold because there was underfloor heating. Would recommend but would have preferred wifi.

It's a great place to feel disconnected from the city. It's very nice to watch the gunbatami here. The house is the most successful I have seen in terms of both architecture and use. We didn't use it, but the pool was also very pleasant. We would also like to thank Mr. Ismail, he is a very helpful and well-intentioned host.

We stayed with 4 families and 1 child on January 24-26. The house was just as it appeared in the photos, it was clean , tidy and quite enough for 4 families. The location was very nice. The temperature and cleanliness of the pool was especially nice . We were very satisfied . Communication with the hosts was quite easy, our questions were answered instantly, a solution was prepared, and we would like to thank Ms. Elif. While our child was playing, the clock in the house was broken and Ms. Cemile was very understanding, she didn't even charge her fee. We especially used the fire pit a lot and had a very enjoyable time. There was also a clean grill wire for the barbecue, etc., everything was considered. Only house slippers can be taken when they leave, there were actually slippers, but they were wet in the rain because they were put on the balcony and they were covered slippers, we couldn't use it much. If you are planning such an event for the weekend, you can choose it with peace of mind.

The Christmas movie house of my dreams was 😍 very nice. Whatever you see in the photo, it's really it. We had a small period, the hot pool was very fun. By the way, Mr. Birol was both very caring and everything was spotless. And we want to come in the summer. Because the garden is really big and there are very nice areas. We were absolutely satisfied, the host was always quick to answer our questions. The house was generally clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen were spotless ; however, detailed cleaning can be done. The bottom corners were just dusty for our crawling babies. We've never had a warm-up issue. Kitchen utensils were a little limited, glasses, small pots, etc. would be great if they were added. We were quite satisfied, we plan to stay again thinking that the pool would be very nice in the summer.

First of all, the location of the house is nice. Mr. Idris shared separate information about the places to visit in the neighborhood. We had a nice 3 days with my daughter and my wife. The hot pool and hot tub were nice, my daughter had a lot of fun. The house was very clean. My brother Muhammet quickly returned to our every request. I just didn't see him at the application stage for the extra fee of wood (a small amount), but Mr. Idris informed us in advance. everything was nice and I highly recommend it to those who are on the way. The house is beautiful and very useful as it appears in the photos. Even the wood for the fireplace, which was prepared, was placed before we arrived. The pool temperature was good. The water was cold when 2 people took a shower at the same time, but otherwise it was comfortable. The house was clean, but there were incredibly many ants downstairs. The kitchen had everything you could need. Including electronics. Extremely close to the highway, there are very good markets, butcher, etc. There was a dissatisfaction that I thought was going to be a one-night stay. Checkout will be done at 12:00, the floors will not get wet, it was also stated that we do not normally accept one night:)
