We stayed in Vama Veche for 4 nights. The "Old Border" accommodation is off-center but quiet. The bedrooms are very clean and in a marine atmosphere. The summer kitchen is very nice in the morning and in the day. We had a great stay our host always attentive to our needs ...

It was nice to be in the location and value and free chai.The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location, easily accessible from the Galata Tower, quiet environment, helped us with things when we left and kept them until noon when we were leaving. We were very happy.

The location is great, five minutes away from the tourist zone, so you can walk to it. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Owners are friendly and courteous. They'll try to help you as much as they can.

This apartment is absolutely stunning - the view is just something else The location is perfect with Taksim square only a short walk away Duygu was incredibly friendly and very responsive, she helped me with anything that I needed! Pics don’t do this place justice, you have to see it for yourself

We stayed for one night, everything was perfect and went smoothly. Even though we stayed for a day it worked and it was worth it. HAVING A BATH WAS EXTRA GOOD AND GOOD.

It was above our expectations. It was as shown in the photos, although the central location was quiet and peaceful around. Transportation can be provided to many things within walking distance, such as grocery stores, etc. Their employees were friendly and caring. We did not have any problems during our stay, I would like everyone to have this experience.

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

Big thank you to Omer at the Palmera Old City Hotel!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and was very happy to have all of Istanbuls most beautiful monuments and great restaurants and shopping areas very close by. My favorite thing about our stay was how accommodating and friendly all of the staff was at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Istanbul and I’ll be sure to come visit again!

We had an amazing time in Istanbul, the hotel is very close to the heart of the city, easy to access, couple of minutes of every kind of transport.

A host who is helpful and responds to your questions very quickly. The location is very good more than a few steps from Istiklal street. Transportation was also very easy.

Emrah is an awesome host who gave 100% for us to enjoy our stay. Property is within walkable distance to everything you need to see on your first Visit to Istanbul I recommend it

After the taxi driver had found the house with the help of a phone call, we were delighted with the location, the room and the view from the balconies. Irina was very friendly and nice. There was already low season in Ureki, many shops and restaurants were already closed. There were few people on the beach.

The bedroom was well-heated in December and the room matches with the photos on its listing. The receptionist who was working overnight was very helpful, but especially after I walked around the city for a few hours and was trying to find my way back to the hotel and there were different men who had the wrong idea about me (and I'm conservatively dressed/old-fashioned) in the area because at night, the neighborhood is dark and has abandoned buildings around with missing and broken windows. The night-shift customer service is more than you can ask for. I was uncertain outside at night after my late arrival to the hotel & returned to a local fast food business twice to call the hotel and also to get away from the groups of men outside & different kinds of men who approached me on the streets. The morning receptionist noticed immediately (when my taxi arrived) & helped me with the luggage when I started to pull it up the stairs. The 45€ transportation service isn't available at night.
