The apartment is very nice and cozy - with attention to detail. The colors are well combined, it is both aesthetically and practically furnished. You have everything you need and find it intuitively. It was just fantastically beautiful and quiet here. For the children it was a paradise with the huge garden and the toys and audio plays provided. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. There were also many outdoor opportunities for the children. We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back ourselves.

The vacation home is very quietly located on the edge of a village and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the area. You can hike directly from the house into the mountains. By car, many other interesting destinations in southern Thuringia and northern Franconia are also within easy reach. There is a supermarket and butcher in the village, while discounters and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a playroom with lots of toys for the kids. Communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet all requests. We enjoyed it very much. If we are in the area again, we will book the place again.

Beautiful apartment in Ebermannstadt. It is easy to reach by public transport and you can take beautiful excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped for cooking yourself. We would definitely come back.

Our goal was to spend a relaxing weekend with a hot tub in a beautiful spot. The place was perfect for that. There was everything you needed and we didn't miss anything. Upon request, we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later because no one booked before and after us 🤩 We can highly recommend the accommodation and would like to return if the opportunity arises.

We spent 3 wonderful days with Romy and her husband as a group of friends for eight including 2 toddlers and were thrilled! The property is very spacious and offers plenty of space - even for retreat in case it gets too colorful. Our highlight was the beautiful garden with huge trampoline! The apartment is incredibly well equipped, so you will find everything (and much more) you need for a good time. We will be happy to come back! :)
