Beachfront vacation rentals in Biscayne Bay

What a great place - quiet neighborhood with lots of shady trees so walking the dog in the heat was no problem. Close to everything- beach, restaurants, Collins and Ocean we parked the car and walked everywhere! The apartment had everything we needed and Donna and Bernie were wonderful and incredibly responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

I stayed during Basel and it was well-located to get to all the fairs on the beach. It was easy to get in and out, relatively quiet (it is on Collins so there's noise), shower was good, space was clean and everyone we encountered was friendly.

This was a great stay! It was right next to the beach, the home was spacious and everything was driving distance. This was a very nice area and I really enjoyed my time here. The host was very responsive!

Apartment is clean, perfect location

Super recommended!! Close to the beach, close to Ocean Drive, no need to move the car! Own reserved parking, large apartment and very comfortable! We would be back for sure!!!

Frost’s place was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and luxurious. Matched the description and photos. The rooftop jacuzzi was wonderful and the shower also had special features. Amazing location, very walkable to the beach, shopping, food, etc. Highly recommend!

Leo was a very responsive host. The house was extremely clean and he greeted us upon arrival to make sure we were satisfied. The house was perfect for our stay- great pool and hot tub, a grill and nice sized bedrooms. The only issue was the garbage disposal didn’t work. The hot tub was a little finicky at first to get hot but Leo responded within ten minutes and got it all fixed. Would def stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully designed, has everything you need to cook, and the beach is just steps away. The view from the bedroom is stunning, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. Plus, having a big supermarket nearby was super convenient. Highly recommend!

Wow, I couldn’t say enough good things about this palace and Leo!! The house was in beautiful condition and was walking distance to the beach and a multitude of restaurants. Leo was extremely responsive. The pool was even warmed by the time we got to the house at 86°. I would absolutely stay at this house and work with Leo again. I would recommend working with Leo and would love to stay at the house again!! Thanks for everything Leo!

Andy’s place is in a good location if you’re looking for a nice place to accommodate your family. It has all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest plus about this place is the pool.

Beautiful place in a peaceful nice area of Fort Lauderdale. Ben did an amazing job preparing his house to welcome guests and make them feel at home. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teens (2 bed/2baths, with baths attached to each room). Bright and spacious, can easily fit up to 6 guests (kids room has 3 beds, 2 twin and one full). Very welcoming and free of clutter yet includes everything needed for a relaxing vacation by the beach. Parking, beach stuff (lots of towels! chairs, boogie/skim/paddle boards), books to read, gorgeous outdoor seating with hammocks, grill and a hot tub :) add to that and most importantly, Ben’s welcoming and friendly attitude towards his guests. We arrived a bit early and were courteously allowed in before checkin time as the place was ready. Loved the area, with close-by restaurants you can walk to, and thrilled to have the beach so near to us (a 1 minute walk!) Would recommend and will definitely come back when visiting FLL. Great place. Beautiful view of the ocean from the room. I felt safe at the condo and while walking around the neighborhood. But for the price it would be good if they provided cleaning service.

My favorite place in South Beach. Amazing space- very large and clean bedrooms. Great remolded apartment in a historic building. Location to the beach amazing. Great Value and On site Parking!!! 5 Stars!! I will be back!

Marissa was very helpful and responsive before and throughout our entire stay! You really cannot find much better than a beachfront property with several rooms and a view.

We love staying at the 1 Hotel. The amenities are so nice, you never want to leave the resort. Our concierge was great too as she always responded right away no matter the time of day. She was nice and helpful.

Al’s condo is the best! We’ve been here a few times over the years, and this is always our first choice for stays in the Miami area. The location in Sunny Isles is perfect, the condo is super comfortable and welcoming, the beach is ideal, the nearby restaurants and shops are great, and Al makes everything work smoothly. The condo was recently upgraded as well, making a beautiful home with stunning views even more luxurious. The care and attention to detail from the owners can be felt in every room. We give our highest recommendation and hope to be back as often as we can!

We had a great stay at the cottage! Jeff and Carmen were both incredibly responsive when we had some questions. The house had all the extras we needed for the beach: towels, chairs, and a wagon to carry it all! Great distance to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be returning on future Hollywood visits!
