Rebecca and Richard were wonderful hosts. Answered queries very quickly and gave great advice on where to eat locally. Would recommend The Swan at Blakedown! The house is simply perfect. Very well equipped and comfortable- plenty of room for 6! We would thoroughly recommend this peaceful cottage and might well book again 😁 Thank you to both of you.

This property is great for big families. Loads of space inside and fantastic garden with lots to do for kids and toddlers. Hot tub was a perfect temperature and host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

The Retreat is a cosy place. Comfortable, clean and has all the amenities. It's set in lovely grounds which are peaceful. The hot tub is fabulous. The surrounding area has some great restaurants. Elaine and Paul are very friendly and communications was first class. We had a perfect relaxing time.

Our second visit was just as good as the first. No complaints! If you’re looking for a relaxing atmosphere, this is the place to go. Thom was great as always.

We’ve just got home from a beautiful few nights at The Croft, a clean and wonderful place for the three of us to have a peaceful few days away from the chaos of family and work! The hot tub was an awesome addition to our weekend. We walked through the footpaths to Henley for supplies, shops and pubs and what easy access from there to the train station to visit Stratford upon Avon. We’ll definitely book again if we visit that area in the future. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

We booked The Coach House for a 40th birthday surprise - it was superb! The perfect ‘home from home.’ The host Robert was a great communicator from the start of the booking process to the end, and even left a couple of welcome gifts on arrival for us. The house itself and the outside area with its hot tub and bar area was perfect for our group of 9 to enjoy a few drinks and some music on the evening. The next day, we took a stroll into the lovely town and visited a couple of the nearby pubs and shops. Overall our stay here was exactly what we wanted- relaxed, fun, private and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a couple of quiet nights away in the countryside, friends, families or for special celebrations. The barn conversion was brilliant for a little get away with my wife and daughter. The Spa had wonderful views. Pool was a good temprature concidering the cold weather. Great to jump in the hot tub and sauna after. Great nights sleep with everything you need for a lovely stay. We both had a massage aswell which was absolutely brilliant. We will definatly come again.

This is our 2nd time of staying and we would definitely visit again. It's a great location for us as it is near family that we visit. There is loads of space and the bedrooms are a great size. (No worrying about where suitcases go) We had 4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby with us and we stayed 3 nights. Sadly the weather didn't allow us to us the garden, but it is a good size and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and instructions for using everything was there. We slept well and it was very quiet. There is a small supermarket within walking distance and a lovely walk in the woods nearby too. We were lucky to go in bluebell season and they are spectatcular. Richard answered any queries promptly and was helpful. Thank you.

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

A lovely house with plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal for accessing all the attractions we wanted to visit. Nice bonus having a park with a playground nextdoor and the kids were particularly taken with having beanbags in the rooms! Mya was a responsive host and quick to respond to our queries ahead of our visit.

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

Comparing to previous Airbnb's that ive stayed in, i would say this has by far been the best. Ilsa communicated well and understands the guests needs. House is well maintained and consideration of what a guest may need. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Julie and family

A lovely, peaceful stay with outdoor space too. Very comfortable and quite a spacious feeling. A short drive to Coventry where we found an excellent south Indian restaurant. Also easy to drive into Meriden and go to the shop and visit the playground there which was lovely.

lovely 4 bed house, plenty of parking space on the drive. Close to shops. So convenient for getting around. A few minutes to the motorway. 10 minutes to get to center of Wolverhampton. Would be great for a much longer stay.

Fantastic place for our family get together. Spacious house with ample seating in the kitchen for meal times. The games room is fantastic and kept the children very happy for many hours (the adults loved it too). Beautiful setting looking out over farm land with horses outside the kitchen window. Lovely garden with a well fenced off pond. Great location, easily accessed from the M42 and close to many local attractions. Hosts were incredibly helpful with great communication before & during our stay. Lovely pub in the local village with great food & very friendly staff.

If you’re working in the area this is an ideal base.

Elizabeth was super helpful and friendly and greatly aided our transition into the UK with two little ones. We appreciated her fully equipped kitchen and updated shower/bathroom. Our two week stay was comfortable and wholesome. We enjoyed the fish&chips down the road and the walks to Aldi & ASDA
