This place was amazing, it had all the amenities you could think of! I don't think you can find a place closer to the beach! can't wait to rebook.

We had an amazing stay! Kostas was an A++ host, providing excellent communication, instructions, and a property. He kept his clients in mind with every decision he made in designing this property. During our week there, we had all the comforts of home and more. The property is in a great location for walking, taking in the bay and ocean and enjoying all the community has to offer. It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas stay here. The neighborhood’s festive atmosphere, with its twinkling lights and lively streets, made the holiday even more special. We enjoyed delicious meals at local Italian restaurants, strolled through the charming piazzas, and soaked in the vibrant culture. The apartment was cozy and perfectly located, allowing us to feel right at home while still being immersed in the holiday spirit. It was a memorable way to celebrate Christmas together!

Great place to stay! Charlotta is extremely responsive and has detailed instructions. The place was modern and beds were comfortable. I loved the gaming area and bowling. I would recommend staying here and look forward to staying here on my next visit to SD.

We loved staying at Diana’s! The linens were nice and comfortable, great shower, modern upgrades in the kitchen and throughout the unit. It was great being right on the beach, we went for walks in the morning and took the beach chairs from the closet to sit and read in the afternoon. The area felt private and the room and building very secure. The parking space was tight but manageable. Thanks Diana!

We had a great stay! It was close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Bradley was very responsive and helpful!

Larry's place was just as expected from the pictures, description, and previous reviews. On site parking fit our huge Expedition and we could have had another car park behind it if needed. The setup was perfect for 8- 2 couples and a family of 4- two bedrooms and two bathrooms are just past the kitchen, and then 3 more bedrooms are a bit further back past the laundry with another, bigger bathroom and a separate door to close off that section, which was great when the kids went to bed. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are beach chairs, towels, and some sand toys. The decks are amazing- we were a little confused about access to the front beach level deck since you have to walk through the downstairs tenant's deck area, but Larry clarified that the front one with the reclining chairs belonged to our unit. Larry was responsive to all questions, and came shortly after we checked in to replace remotes that disappeared from the previous renters. We would definitely stay there again!

What a great spot! A few steps from the bay side beach and just a block or two to the ocean side beach. Felt big and spacious, big kitchen and lots of room. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Lots of stairs (just fyi) as it’s a 3 story but there is a big bedroom on the main floor with no stairs. Had everything we needed and more. Sweet little view out the upstairs bedroom windows and balcony. So nice to fall asleep looking the bay water and lights. So nice to be able to just walk along the water every morning and head over to the beach for sunset every night. No complaints at all! Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay! It’s walking distance to the beach, and lots of restaurants and shops. It has views of the bay and the ocean from the roof top deck. Great outdoor living with 3 patios. The house is beautiful and has 3 levels so you will need to climb stairs. I would definitely stay again. 5 ⭐️ ‘s

So much to say about Jacqui’s place. First, location is the BEST. 4 homes down from Mission Beach Boardwalk. We don’t rent a car when in SD and so walking distance to our planned destination spots is key for us. We were able to walk to the Bay for a Whale Watch Cruise, to Sea World, and to different restaurants. Hearing the crash of waves all night even with windows closed was soothing and watching the nightly sunsets and shelling in the evenings was incredible - being so close we felt very safe…and it was quiet! We also were able to do a Walmart delivery of some grocery items since point #2 - a full sized kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfasts and snacks. 3, Very clean and extra bedding…huge bonus points from me for the weighted blanket since I couldn’t travel with mine! The hot water in shower was immediate and didn’t run out (also a big plus!) Would absolutely recommend and stay again. No complaints at all. Hated to leave here…but I missed my cat.

Harry's place was fabulous. One block from the beach, great community space on the 2nd floor for us all to hang out, especially great because the wall facing north opens to the patio. Everything was as described and we had plenty of room for the kiddos. Walked to great restaurants daily. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Airbnb - we had a fantastic time. We were 2 families with 3 kids and there were lots of activities, toys, and beach toys for the young kids. The place was also a stone’s throw from the beach which was awesome. Super communicative and proactive hosts. Thank you! P.s. the surround sound for the TV is awesome 🔥

We had a wonderful time, so close to the beach. We enjoyed the vibes of Mission Beach. Lauren provides many items which are nice to have with Kids at the beach, chairs, toys and much more. The place is very cozy, the terrace lets you enjoy the surroundings. I would definitely come back. This was a super experience. Many thanks!

Location is great! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, playgrounds, Belmont Park! Fred was very responsive and helpful. Condo was very clean, parking was great (we were able to fit a minivan) and kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We had a great time!

Unbelievable view and a perfect location. Perfect spot to be if you’re looking to be in within minutes with walking where you want and only a quick 10 min drive to downtown. 10/10 💪

I live local but wanted to be closer to the beach with family visiting from out of town. We enjoyed it there. You can walk everywhere which is very convenient. Ur was too chilly to get in the water but the sunsets never ever get cold. You can sit on the balcony and people watch day and night as well which is entertaining in Pacific Beach.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very nice. We also loved the location, and the ocean view was so pretty. Tina is a friendly host and was happy to answer questions we had!

What a wonderful stay I had visiting our college student! Chris met us early for easy check in. The view and sunsets were outstanding, place was extremely clean and included many extras like fresh fruits, chilled wine and beach blankets and chairs. The linens were super soft, wonderful bath towels and well appointed bathroom… just nothing negative to say! Location was great, felt private and right on the beach and close to many restaurants. Easy parking too! Great find and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Swathi was a great host…one of the best we’ve worked with. The unit was clean, well organized and her attention to detail was very impressive. She made it felt like we were staying with family. Kitchen appliances were new and very modern, the unit was spotless. The views of the ocean are exactly as the pictures show. You are literally on the boardwalk and with the windows open can hear the waves. Incredibly peaceful. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Loved this rental. Amazing locating!! Photos do not do it justice. Could walk to restaurants, markets and of course the beach. Home had everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Emmy was a fantastic host, checking in and offering any assistance we needed!! Can’t wait to go back!!
