Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bird Rock, San Diego

This place is truly amazing and beautiful. 15 minutes from everything, very close to many restaurants in North Park and Normal Heights as well as Hillcrest. The parking spot was very helpful if you have a car. The listing is accurate when it says brand new, everything was modern and new including appliances and even lighting. Lynn was great, very responsive and helpful although we did not need much because everything was set up so nicely! My sister does real estate in San Diego so she has seen many condos and homes, and she was absolutely impressed by this place. I take various long trips from 2 to 4 weeks at a time and this is probably the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in with a very reasonable price point for what you get!

The place was very clean and right in the middle of Pacific Beach, easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars.

We had such a great stay at Vidal’s place! The apartment is very spacious and super clean, I could say this place was the most cleanest Airbnb that I have ever been to. I loved the interior. It is a clean, large apartment that you could feel like being at a proper house, with all the kitchen gadgets and washer/dryer. Comfortable large bed. The living room sofa was not very comfortable, but that was not a big deal. The two main cons from here were parking lot and soundproof issue. The instruction regarding fob key that is used for entering parking garage was not clear enough for me, and the garage was pretty small to drive my car inside. Outside parking area was personally better. The apartment wall seems very thin, and I could hear all the noise from neighbors, their talking, music playing, and etc. Other than those two, I had a wonderful time staying in here! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

I had a great stay here. The place was very clean, had a great view, and the location was great for walking to the Gaslamp District. Sirena was very helpful and provided personal attention to make sure I could check in without any problems.

Great place to stay. I was looking for a place with a nice kitchen where I could cook Thanksgiving dinner while we were there visiting my son who is stationed at the Navy Base. The kitchen was great and well stocked. It was a convenient location close to beaches, and the Navy Base.

We had to evacuate due to the fires. Travis accommodated my need and allowed us to check in early and was very response.

This Air BnB is great. The space was well maintained and beautiful, you can walk out the door to the beach. The area was safe with plenty of places to go eat and drink. The rooms were very spacious and the place was generously stocked from blankets and towels to cooking pots/pans and utensils. It was great having a full size washer and dryer as well. Spacious and private garage, which is a rarity in this part of the neighborhood!

Very pleasant stay for 1 week with our 2 year old. Close to the beach, supermarkets, and a decent drive from the airport, to downtown, and other attractions. Homey neighborhood and Meghan was very responsive during our stay. Decent size place for 4 people. The only critique we have was with the smaller bedroom (mattress was a little too soft, heater and garage door was loud). However, this would not prevent us from staying here again. Overall, a very lovely stay for our holiday! Thanks again to the wonderful hosts!

Beautiful location, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as local attractions like the zoo. Very clean and well appointed, comfortable home.

A nice small house, every room is clean. The kitchen has all the utensils that you can use. The neighborhood is quiet and a short driving distance to the major grocery store. The location is convenient for getting to all the attractions in San Diego. April was easy to reach. We had a good time here.

Noel and Linda’s place was perfect for our family. We had Thanksgiving there, and a couple of other family days as well and it was so nice to be so close to the beach and have space to play games and gather inside. I would absolutely stay again, and maybe even rent the upstairs and downstairs at the same time. Thank you Noel and Linda, we had a great time!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Great accommodations in Solana Beach! Perfect for our family of five. Easy beach access and walkable into town. Well stocked and very responsive host. Will definitely be back.

Great location and great space! The beach and the bay were within a short walking distance, and there was a lot to do within walking distance. The location made for an easy day trip to LA and was also very close to La Jolla. The space was very comfortable with everything we needed, and it was also nice to have a garage available to us. We loved it!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Steffanie was AMAZING, as was her place! Communication with her was easy, with quick responses in return, when we wanted to extend our stay. Everything was exactly as pictured, very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, and easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, and the beach directly across the street. I can honestly say that my husband and I have never had a better night's sleep than here! So much so, that we are planning to purchase the same super comfortable, organic mattress for our home! We will be back, just not soon enough! LOL Thank you, Steffanie!

Great place, better than the pictures, host is responsive and helpful. Loved the view of the sunset from every spot of the apartment. Will come back again.
