Don't hesitate to rent this place. We had planned to stay there for 2 days, we ended up staying the whole week. You feel safe and clean with the exterior out of sight, washing machine, equipped kitchen... Spacious designer accommodation. Beautiful entrance hall. Nice owner available and attentive. The place is very well located close to everything. Thank you for hosting us. I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Very nice place. Well furnished and perfectly equipped. I stayed with my team for about a week during a trade show in Oran. This place was ideal for us. The neighborhood is nice and safe. Highly recommended

The villa is much more beautiful than in the photos, even if 2 or 3 things are to be fixed since we are at the end of the season, we had a great stay, the sea view in every room is beautiful, the rooms are very large and very well managed. Everything was convenient. Indeed the pool is not heated but it did not stop us from swimming there at the end of October (always with the sea view). Direct access to the beach is a real plus with handy showers. Only downside, we are out of season so not much open around but we enjoyed being alone enjoying the beach so it's a choice on our part.

The place was super nice and very clean, the communication with Ahmed about check-in and check-out (key handover) went smoothly, Ahmed is a very nice and friendly person. I would rent the apartment again anytime. I give you 10 stars ⭐️ I had the best vacation with my family. 🥰🥰🥰

My stay in Oran was excellent! Mohamed's welcome was remarkable: always responsive to my requests, he was able to make my experience even more enjoyable, and I thank him warmly for that. The apartment, meanwhile, was impeccably clean and perfectly equipped. Everything was available: washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning products, sheets... I felt at home! Its location in the city center is a real asset, with direct access to the tram right across the street, making it easy to get around and activities. The view from the top floor was simply beautiful. Another very nice point: the presence of Mohamed in a neighboring apartment, which brings a real sense of security, especially when you discover a city where you don't know anyone. This week has been soothing, and I highly recommend Mohamed's rental to anyone who wants to stay in Oran in excellent condition

We had a lovely stay at Boutkhil's place. He is very responsive and offered us many nearby places to visit, whether for restaurants or places to visit. His communication is excellent, always available and responds quickly to our questions. He also helped us with car rental, which was much appreciated. The place was spotless, clean and ideal for our family. It had everything we needed for our baby: a bed, a bathtub, a high chair and some toys. We would highly recommend this listing and the host!

A welcome basket was waiting for us. 🤗 Houda also had good advice on activities and restaurants to try. I highly recommend this host. The apartment was impeccable, very well located, tram close by with towels, soap, soft gel, etc. Everything you need for cooking, a capsule coffee maker and an Italian one! TV with wifi, small terrace with splendid views. We really enjoyed our stay with you, thank you again for hosting us. I recommend it to all visitors to Oran!
