House vacation rentals in Binh Trung Tay

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

We had a wonderful stay at Thao’s place. The house is very clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, without feeling cluttered. The location is quiet but very convenient, with easy access to a street full of delicious food options, including a great banh mi place we visited every morning. There are also plenty of convenience stores like Circle K and Family Mart, as well as nearby laundry shops. Check-in was seamless and very quick. Communication with Thao was excellent—responses were fast, and she was incredibly accommodating to our needs. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Ho Chi Minh city!

Chi's place is great! It's ideal for two people who want a bit of space because there's two bedrooms. It's in a great location. The house feels very traditional and the decor is nice and interesting. Chi's and her sister came across as very nice and helpful people. I liked them a lot. Would definitely stay again if it's possible Thank you 🙏.

Great location for walkable activities and popular restaurants. Reception and security were nice and friendly. and the rooms were spacious. would highly recommend and stay again if ever I'm back in Ho Chi Minh.

The place is clean and quiet. Overall it meets my expectations and I'm happy with my stay. Some notes to take in are The water pressure was a bit low but still ok, and you have to pay for parking fee which was 40k overnight (parking lot is like 500m from the home)

My friends and I had such a great time staying at Nguyen & Thu's place! Rooms were spacious and the location was great. They were both very responsive and helpful.

Would recommend and would stay here again! It’s nothing fancy, but it was a great price for the amount of space and in a fantastic location. So much around and very close to Cho Ben Thanh. Everyone was able to get their own bedroom with their own bathroom. Stairs were narrow so hauling luggage up and down was a little challenging but completely doable. It was nice getting extra steps going up and down. AC in each room worked well. Laundry being downstairs was super convenient.

The place is close to the market, easy to find restaurants, bars, and exchange money shop. The contact person Qui always response quickly, and very friendly. Overall, it’s very nice to stay few days here! AC cooling is strong btw!

Thanks to this kind host we can check in early. It makes us arrived in SGN in a comfortable and convenient way after a long flight. Everything was good. Just a small advise, can you put some pads under the chairs so, when the people upstairs move them, it wont do some noise. Location, cleaning, host are all perfect! Thank you so much❤️

I book this apartment to play 1 day 1 night with my company team, very worth the money. The layout is very cozy, the group of 6-7 people are still very comfortable. The utilities are full, just like at home with nothing missing. The hostess is also extremely cute and friendly, supporting her best. If given the opportunity, will come back for the next experience.

What a wonderful place. I felt right at home and had a peaceful sleep during my stay. First it was not quite easy to find the place because my taxi driver didn’t want to drive me through the alley. But once we called the host, she came to my taxi, grab my luggages and help me to get to the room. Nice neighborhood with plenty of food stalls to eat and you clearly can see how the locals live there. You go down the streets and there’s a variety of coffee bars, fresh fruits, and plenty of typically Vietnamese food. I love it there so much that I’m planning to stay there for the next 2,5 months. Quick and responsive communication with the host. Perfect place to stay and highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
