We had a great time staying at Aram's apartment. The location is extraordinarily good. The house is in very good condition despite the solid age. Inside, you can tell the age at most on the floor plan, otherwise everything is up to par. The rooftop terrace is also a great highlight. Perfect for the wine connoisseurs. Perfectly sufficient for two adults with a small child. Bed and high chair have been provided. Aram was also very nice and polite and showed us everything in person. We will be happy to come back! Thanks Aram!

Easy check in, wonderful house, very spacious, great atmosphere, fantastic views. We were there with 9 people and the number of beds and bathrooms was perfect. Kitchen is very well equipped and the fridge is sufficiently large. A book wall offers plenty of reading material and there is a very large selection of board games. The garden is fantastic, especially now in spring. You can walk directly from the house. There is no shopping in the village, and you have to drive about 10-15 minutes. Everything can be bought at Globus in Simmern. Highly recommended are the bakery/café Dhein in Argenthal as well as the inn Alt Argenthal. Very cozy and delicious. We would vacation there again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We have enjoyed every moment in this apartment. First of all - fantastic absolutely central location! Very close to boardwalk, surrounded by restaurants, coffeeshops. Minutes walk to supermarket, pharmacies, Rossmann, doctor's office (I got cold and doctor was only minutes walk from the apartment). Apartment itself very spacious, very nice bedroom with probably pretty much new queen/double bed. I have sensitive back and have to say - I was waking up with no pain! Sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels were very clean and good large size. Kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Lovely couch, good quality TV. Marion is such a nice person! whenever we needed anything - we was receiving the answers in a matter of minutes. To conclusion: Highly recommend! Hopefully we meet again 🥰

Monica has been very friendly and always easy to reach. The house is huge and was perfectly equipped for our needs. We were on site with 3 families with small children and a dog and had a very good time. The playroom was the absolute paradise for the kids. We took 2 walks to the neighboring villages and stopped there. The possibilities here are somewhat limited. If you leave by car, there is a lot more to do. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend.

This is our second stay in Janet’s ground floor apartment. We were happy to see it relisted after it not being rented out last year. We loved our stay last time and we were again very pleased with the apartment this time. Janet was lovely and was around but not in your face. She responded quickly when we had questions about the town and gave some very good recommendations for days out and where to eat. She also advised us about the shops being closed for bank holidays which saved us! The space is very clean, spacious and uncluttered. The kitchen is well equipped to cook properly and has the basic ingredients to get you started. We cooked a roast dinner with ease. It’s lovely looking out over the Balz (the square) as you cook. The bed is comfortable & there’s lots of empty wardrobes to allow you to unpack properly. We were only here a few days but it’s the kind of place that you could stay a long time in. We’ll definitely be back - maybe in the bigger flat with friends next time!
