Wonderful house and location with parking outside and immediate access into the town with its restaurants and shops. Warm, pretty, spotless and very comfortable, the house had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked and large, the sofas and beds were really comfy, and it was all was tastefully decorated. There was lots of helpful information about the house and the local area, and milk and condiments in the fridge when we arrived. We walked straight from the house into the town and up onto the coastal path - it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy the fantastic landscape. We’ll definitely come back again. Thanks Nikki and Chris.

A lovely weekend had by all of the family. We all settled in and felt right at home. The house was very spacious with great open spaces to socialise in. The kitchen was perfect for food prep and we were able to dine inside and out. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were spotless. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'd definitely recommend.

Once again had a lovely stay at Jennifer's place. The location is excellent walking distance to the beach and the town centre. The flat itself is lovely, spotlessly clean and has everything you need and a lovely view from the sitting room. Jennifer is a great host and always responds really quickly if you need anything. We have stayed a few times and have booked to come again. We highly recommend Jennifers place

We loved our stay at the cottage. It’s on a really quiet road, but was only a 2 minute walk from the centre of Dawlish and the seafront. The property itself was lovely, very clean and furnished to a good standard. Would definitely recommend!!

There are not enough words in the english language to adequately describe how AMAZING this place is! My partner and I stayed for 10 days with our two dogs and had an absolute blast. The house itself feels like it was plucked from Country Living - the best, most relaxing decor with amazing views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Waking up every morning and seeing the ocean from the bed was the best way to wake up. Matt gave amazing recommendations on what to do, where to eat, and where to take the dogs for walks. He was very responsive to any questions I had and reached out with more recommendations on what to do, which we greatly appreciated. We cannot wait to go back to this place that truly felt like heaven on earth for us. Thank you so much, Matt!

Me and the dog recently stayed at this property and usually the dog is very anxious in new surroundings but had a great time on surrounding beaches and walks. The hot tub was an added luxury after a long day of walking. Lenny went out of his way to cater for my misunderstanding of dates and I couldn’t thank him enough for this! We had a lovely stay at Island House- the house was clean and great for our family of five. The location was everything- views overlooking the harbour and a short walk to the beach and local shops.

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

Stunningly beautiful spot, right on the beach. Like being in a ship when the tide is in! Everything about the apartment is beautiful. Very comfy beds, lovely linen and towels. Kitchen has literally everything you could want and more! Very much appreciated the eco products and good recycling practice on site. Chris and Tanya were both very good at communicating. We will definitely return asap.

The apartment is lovely to stay in. It’s superbly equipped, comfortable and peaceful. It is in a modern complex with easy parking. It’s also an easy walk to the centre of Brixham. We had a super stay here and hope to visit again.

Helen was great! Very clear instructions and very easy to communicate with. The bungalow was as described and the location was beautiful. The pool was a real bonus for when the weather was a bit damp. Would recommend.

We have had a fantastic week at Beachside! Beautiful house and garden just a few meters from the beach and sea! The house was extremely clean and very spacious! Des is a fantastic host, very clear instructions and recommendations and a kind gift left for us too… we would definitely look to return to Beachside! ☀️

Loved our stay here. We were a large group of adults and children and there was so much space. We felt right at home and loved there was a Christmas tree and some decorations. Beds were so big and comfy. Location was great, the bakery is definitely worth a visit. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and spacious. Steve was very responsive and helpful. The only thing others have mentioned is that the road to the car parking space is very narrow so no one could use it with the size of our cars, but we didn't have a problem finding parking elsewhere - we were out of season so summer months could be trickier. We'd love to come back.

Beryl’s house is full of light and has stunning sea views from both rooms. It was cosy in the evenings and we loved sitting on the terrace enjoying the sunsets. The location is fabulous for the coastal paths and it is an easy walk to Hope Cove. We also enjoyed our trip into Salcombe and a delicious lunch at the Crab Shack. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Wow, Kristin's place is absolutely dreamy! It's so close to town and the train station, and every detail has been carefully thought out. We really wish we could stay longer!

A modern beautifully furnished and well equipped ground floor apartment. A touch of luxury whilst visiting family in the local area. Sea view and hot tub - fabulous.

I recently stayed at Crow’s Nest with my partner, and it was absolutely amazing! The space is beautifully designed with a cozy yet modern feel, offering breathtaking views that truly make you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape, Crow’s Nest is a fantastic choice. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning in the future!

Lovely home, very safe and secluded, but walking distance to local restaurants. We went as 4 couples and everything you needed was there, including a very thoughtful gift on arrival. Good rooms and very clear the hosts are not amateurs when it comes to doing this. Lots of nice touches and a quirky inside bar, that suited us. Hamiltons/The Waddling Duck is a nice restaurant, just 200 yards from house.
