Very well maintained house. Its really big and airy to start with. Has TV in hall and rooms. Have a brilliant sound system. There are caretakers to take care of all your needs. They are separate are for pool and games. They have a indoor pool which is very lit. Washrooms are also big and have bathtub as well in the master bedroom. Overall it was a amazing stay. Would love to come back again

Stay at the ora vue was wonderful. Neat and clean property with beautiful view of dam and valley! It is just at the cliff! Caretaker is helpful! Its actually 3 storied property, having 1bhk at ground floor and 2bhks at lower ground and first floor, having 3 seperate access. While coming from wai, google map shows to take turn before panchgani but i would suggest to take turn from baby point panchgani to avoid steep slope and sharp turns! Property is surely a recommend!

Everything was worth the penny we had spent here. My dog loved the place which has a properly fenced lawn. Support staff not only made our stay comfortable but also gave us handpicked strawberries and organic honey from a near by farm. Food was home cooked and our preferences were honoured. A spacious and well kept property. All the best to Jay and his team for the success of this place.

Excellent place with beautiful surroundings and great outdoors in a secluded location. Very well maintained by Abhishek and his family who take good care of the place and make you feel right at home. Delicious homely food is available, and their barbeque is a must try. WiFi is available, along with power backup for light, fan, TV and a three point charging point in each room and the bathroom. Pratik is a wonderful and responsive host who is super helpful and nice to talk to. We requested for an electric kettle that he arranged for in no time. The garden is amazing, and had cats visiting, along with various species of birds through the day. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind if you love to be close to nature.

Dhun Heta bungalow is a lovely space which makes you feel just at home. Its a place that takes you back in time. We spent lazy mornings in the garden sipping teas listening to different birdsongs.... and watching the birds chirping and flitting on the branches right above us, some naughty birds were hopping on the lawns chasing a frightened panicking baby froggie, butterflies gliding along and unique centipedes that looked like a leaf... So had a very peaceful stay over the weekend!! A big big thank you to Sunitatai and Vaishalitai for preparing authenthic and super delicious marathi meals....full farmaish we had.... Thank you Heta...we certainly will connect again soon.

We loved the property and our stay for 2 nights. Positives: 1. Beautiful & green surroundings with no noise 2. Lovely interiors giving a feel of an old era home 3. Well maintained 4. Cook (Kanchan) & caretaker (Usha) were very polite and helpful 5. Food cooked by Kanchan was very tasty 6. 1km walking distance from Mahabaleshwar market and Wilson point 7. Bella, Pixie & Dodo (3 dogs of the owner) made it a memorable stay; especially Pixie who welcomed us with a hug 8. Garden was lovely with lots of flowers Feedback: 1. Geyser in Bedroom 4 (ground floor) was not working properly during our stay. 2. The door of bathroom of Bedroom 1 (big room on 1st floor) only opened half way and then got stuck. Then one had to push hard and it made lot of noise before it fully opened.

Usha Paradise is a good place to stay. I stayed with my parents and they also did not have any problems. The caretaker is very polite and helped us getting basic needs like Milk, curd shampoos etc from the market. She also prepared us dinner and breakfast which were both delicious and homely (simple food with good taste at reasonable cost). The place mostly looks the same as in pictures. Have good interiors with extra beddings if needed (we did not use it). Kitchen is also nice and clean. They provide good amount of crockery and utensils which can cover all basic needs. Overall a very pleasant and peaceful stay.

The house was a very peaceful and quiet place. We were a group of 7 and the place was just right for our group. The caretakaker and family are the real gems. They fed us properly and were available when needed. The food is definitely the highlight.

We had a great stay at this villa for a night, we booked for 4 people and a pet(dog). The property was as shown in the pictures, and the overall experience was pleasant. The surroundings were peaceful, which worked well for us, especially since we had a dog with us. The villa was worth the amount we paid. However, the listed amenities were not entirely accurate, so it's best to double-check with the host before booking. Also, having your own vehicle is helpful as the place is a bit far from the market. Overall, a good stay with a relaxing atmosphere!
