Second time at Philips place and it was just a good as the first time. Very spacious with lots of room for my toddler and an office for me to work without disturbance. Very convenient when moving around. Surrounded with many great restaurants. Absolutely loved it.

Mitch was very responsive and accomodating. The location of the unit is convenient. Rooms are clean and smells good. Very good for the price especially for big groups. AC units are so good too, all rooms are ice cold heheheh. Will definitely book again if we need a place somewhere on bgc

Excellent place to stay, very close to everything Greenbelt. Grocery store is around the corner, Jolibee, McDo all within 2 minutes of a walk. To get to Landmark and SM, it is about 10 minute walk. All restaurants and other stores super close. Just remember the building is a little older, but still a nice place to stay.

This is our nth time visiting the place and it really feels like home. Leyn was very responsive and easy to contact with. She even prepare a small things for our baby companion She is such a super hosts. We will definitely com back before this year ends Leyn's place is highly recommendable.

Overall, place was clean and area was in a more secluded spot in BGC which is perfect if you're looking for a restful stay and away from the other bustling zones of BGC. What stood out for me was the balcony and view.

Location was great. We stayed here because we wanted to be as close to the airport as possible -- and true enough, we were just 20 minutes away! Space was clean and tidy! Host also was super responsive and accommodating!

Checking in and checking out was very easy. Julie’s home is what I was hoping for and more. I had privacy. Beautiful neighborhood. My wife and I love walking and i felt very safe walking at night. I was fortunate to meet some of Julies family and i was treated like family. This home is better than condo, very spacious. cant beat having a comfort room every floor your on. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely book again.

The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!

The unit is good, we were able to cook our own food. The area is accessible and easy to find. There’s a fast internet that is good for working. No issues with water, the neighborhood is peaceful. The only issue is there were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the dining area when we arrived but we were able to get rid of it. But our overall stay is good.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Lucilyn's home The place is so quiet and calm to relax, I felt like home. Everything you need (self-laundry, groceries, malls, etc) is close to it so you won't hassle, but it's recommended to bring your own vehicle.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's perfectly located near SM and everything else we needed, making it super convenient. The garden is absolutely perfect for my pets, and they had such a great time there. Rex and Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot—I'll definitely be back!

If you’re travelling and need to be near NAIA, this place is recommended. You can just take the runway Manila and you’ll be in the airport for like 5 minutes.
