Lili was very responsive and tried to accommodate some adjustments. I loved the ambiance. The internet connection was really good since I took my online exam for two days and did not have technical difficulties. I liked the space so much. It was also accessible to my place.

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

My fam and I stayed here to welcome 2025. We had a few requests and Ms. Rhealyn accommodated us very well. Such a nice experience

Excellent condo very beautiful view of the city and BGC area. Great location right in the heart lotta good restaurants nearby and the mall is right there too, the host was very nice and responsive.

First time to stay at this unit, but we have previously stayed at Edsel’s other unit in the same building. We really appreciate how easy it is to communicate with Edsel and his proactiveness during the whole stay. The unit was a bit older than the other but it still has the warm, cozy feel. Makes you feel right at home. We were able to get to everything we needed to go and do everything we needed to do because of the convenience and location of the apartment. We will definitely stay again here!

we are very happy staying in this lovely apartment. it's like condominium but free. the host are accommodating and super helpful. they are just one text away. answers everything you ask them. the location is good as well there are a lot of convinience store outside the subdivision. malls nearby. I highly recommend this host and their lovely place. my daughter will definitely miss this place and we are surely booking this place again when we are in Philippines. salamat Po sa inyong kabaitan. sa uulitin.

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

This is our first Christmas out of town and my family enjoyed it! At first, there was a slight delay because the it was a holiday and none from the admin was available to confirm our reservation. Mam Malou was able to handle it well. It was a rainy Christmas but all in all we enjoyed our holiday staying at Mam Malou’s place ☺️

First, the condo was very easy to find and is close to Sm Pasig which has restaurants and grocery. Just few mins walk from the condo there are lawsons, subway, jollibee,mcdo, chowking and dunkin. Owner was very responsive to my quieries and very helpful, communicate clearly as well. The penthouse was in 26th floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 balconies. We stayed here to watch fireworks on Dec 31 and checked out Jan2, place is really high that you can see fireworks all the way from Manila Bay to Pasig. It was really great to watch and spend the New Year's eve at Francy's place. They have a big ref, microwave, rice cooker and eletric kettle and complete utensils. Airconditioning units were really cold, aside from the beds they have floor matress and folding bed, so it can accomodate a big group. Unit is very clean as well. The guards in Kasara are all kind, respectful and they greet us everytime. All in all we enjoyed staying at this property.

Krishna was a great host — awesome communication & overall friendly and accommodating. We had a late arrival and she made check-in very easy for us. Getting directions on how to get there in advance saved us a lot of time, as well. The space is close to Terminal 3 of NAIA and near convenience stores, a mall, and restaurants. It was quiet and comfy; just what we needed for our quick overnight stay. Thanks for hosting us!

My family and I couldn't be happier with our stay at Venica's property. From the very beginning, Venica was responsive and communicated very well. We were a group of 10 and it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and New year's in. It was close to everything and there wasn't a shortage of restaurant nearby to dine in or get a delivery from. During our stay, the microwave broke and Venica went above and beyond and replaced it with a new one on the same day. My family and I would be happy to stay here again! Thank you for everything!

My friends and I loved the place. The building was convenient and near malls and restaurants. The staff working at the lobby were nice and checked us in quickly. Christia's place was a great place to stay in and will book here again next time if my friends come visit the Philippines again.

Wow, this place is massive! The two balconies are incredible, and we spent so much time out there enjoying the stunning city view. Inside, the air conditioning kept everything cool and comfortable. The rooms are really spacious, and the modern design feels cozy and inviting, making it truly feel like home. It was actually like one of those Pinterest-perfect interiors, which is amazing because the whole place looks so stylish. There was more than enough room for all of us to relax, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fourth bedroom, which is also quite spacious! Having multiple bathrooms made it easier for us. With seven of us, it made getting ready so much quicker, no waiting around for the bathroom! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. We honestly didn’t want to leave! One night wasn’t enough. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!
