The apartment was great! Exactly as described in the ad – clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. Perfect location, close to all attractions. The host was very friendly, available, and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

We were all very satisfied with the relaxing days at Editha's. She was very accommodating and you were always able to reach out to her during the stay. The home offers many different sleeping options, so 6 people comfortably stay. We will be happy to come back if we want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

For a business trip - that means a lot on the road and only overnight at Nico's was very well suited. A full apartment on the upper floor was for me and also for a family with 4 people I think also fits. Bus stop 6-10 minutes' walk and in 15-20 minutes already in the center. It was a pleasant trip and good communication with Nico.

Since I used this place for work, it was ideal! Thank you dear Dorothee for everything! But also ideal for anyone who wants to use it privately. Just everything within walking distance and Höxter is a picturesque city.

We had a great stay with two families and a dog over New Year's Eve at Annette's. The extremely quiet location was exactly what we were looking for. Nevertheless, the location and shopping facilities were quickly reached by car. The apartment is spacious and very comfortably furnished with lots of nice furniture. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and overall the apartment was really very clean! We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. Thank you!

From the first minute, we felt very comfortable in this sparkling clean, lovingly furnished and generously equipped apartment. We didn't want for anything. Bernd is a very likeable warm host, communication in advance was completely straightforward and always very timely. We can fully recommend it and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is very cosy and nicely decorated. Everything you need for a vacation can be found. We enjoyed the holiday very much! Sunset on the small terrace!!!

Cozy bungalow on a nicely located campsite. Everything very clean and functional, the underfloor heating was a "gift" with unexpected snowfall at the end of April, the reception at the campsite very friendly. We had an absolutely unforgettable weekend - the area is excellent for road bike rides and other exciting activities. Great value - everything was right. Having your own sharp kitchen knife is not a mistake ;)

Ilka is a super fine hostess. She is here to help you if you want to and give nice tips. We decided to book this location a few hours in advance. Ilka wanted to prepare the accommodation for us so that we could relax for 2 days before we went on home. lovely place, house is nice cool inside and has nice large, clean spaces. The pool was lovely with the warm weather! Agree with the other reviews that it's really nicer than the pictures show. The surroundings are also beautiful. We were too short to see everything, but I think you can definitely have fun for a few days

Great place for slightly larger groups who can also use a cozy sofa area and a large table. Beautiful bedrooms, great bathrooms, kitchen, grill, quiet area!

We celebrated Christmas in this house with the family and it was great. Even the Christmas tree was set up in the house when we arrived It is a nice house with plenty of spacious rooms and plenty of sanitary facilities. We enjoyed both the house and the beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect for families, with a playground, toys, and plenty of space for kids to run around. It’s well-equipped for babies, with a crib, changing station, diapers, and a high chair. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the space comfortably fits a family of five (two adults, two kids, and a baby). We chose this Airbnb so our 7-month-old could see farm animals, and it didn’t disappoint—there are horses, chickens, and friendly dogs. It’s also a peaceful getaway, far from noise, perfect for relaxation. We briefly met Rainer but spent time with his daughter and her husband, who were lovely. Highly recommend!
