Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bétera

The place is great. Keep in mind that my stay was in winter, so the area was super quiet because being a summer place, it was empty. The area is luxurious, there is parking (I don't think in summer there is for everyone) and the beach is next door, so for summer the place is great. Valencia is 15 minutes away. Communication with ACHousing is the most noteworthy. Any questions solved it almost instantly and with great precision. It was definitely the best. The luxury accommodation, as seen in the photos. Very modern and clean. With appliances, air conditioner, 2 TVs. Everything was excellent

The listing matched the photos. Equipped with all the necessities. Washer and dryers in the apartment which is much appreciated when traveling. However, it should be considered that the main attractions are several minutes walk away (30 to 40 minutes). However, the metro station is very close by. We had a lovely stay in Valencia and recommend this apartment.

Recommended, always attentive at all times, excellent treatment and accommodation, they welcomed us very well, they had the courtesy of inviting us bread, milk, juice, jam and other things more like for a full breakfast, thank you very rich, I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed an excellent seven night stay at Jaime’s apartment. The location is very good. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walk and coffee shops nearby. The Italian restaurant across the road is super.

I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and would do it again! The apartment was very clean and met the photos/expectations. The landlords always responded to us very kindly and within 5 minutes. From there, you can easily get to the city center, the shopping center or the sea by bus or metro. There is also a supermarket right across the street. I highly recommend it!

the apartment and a great location from a tourist point of view with tourist attractions within 1 km. The subway is also a 15-minute walk from the house . unfortunately, parking for tourists is always paid for and at night they cannot park in the orange area where the apartment is located. The apartment has everything you need for the kitchen and for those who want to cook at home. I highly recommend this apartment

The apartment is clean and comfortable, in an ideal location for walking around the Russafa area and into the city centre, and also close to the Turia Gardens. Lots of nice food and drink and outdoor living in the area, good supermarket nearby.

Amazing location, view of the sea from the front of the property and a 30 second walk to get to the beach. We spent just over 2 weeks in this property and enjoyed the lovely warm weather and gorgeous surroundings. Host very responsive when we were having problems with the internet and the oven. The villa had everything we needed. We enjoyed the use of bikes while there. With its own private garden which our dog enjoyed. Would recommend this lovely Airbnb.

Small typical Valencia beachfront apartment in the quiet area of Cabanyal (the Brooklyn de Valencia) the tram makes it easy to get to the city center and it's great to be able to go for a walk to the sea in 5 minutes. Apartment well equipped to cook in the evening.

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

We had a fantastic stay. The house has all the facilities you need even for the (small) children. Also very nice with the garden. The metro and bus stop are around the corner so you can easily get to all the sights. Ariadna is a great host and provides you with all the necessary information which is super nice. Thanks for the pleasant stay. If we visit Valencia again, we would stay here again. We definitely recommend it.

Juan and Rafael were both fabulous hosts. Easy to contact and very responsive. Very spacious apartment in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, shops and a bus stop directly outside the apartment which takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very good stay with Justiniano. Service of the apartment very well. Well located apartment to walk to the beach. Residence with children's park, swimming pool (in season) and paddle board court. Very accessible bus to go to the city center or the oceanografico/science museum!

The house was comfortable, comfortable and clean. Beautifully decorated, a real pleasure to spend evenings if you don't want to visit the city. José and Eve have always been super responsive and ready to respond to anything I asked for as well as great at making this apartment a little gem.
