Great to have the whole house with all apartments and lots of space. Ample opportunity to play in the city where you are in the middle of the most interesting area. All recommendations should sound to the large family with adult children or other similar companies.

The villa sits in a very good area with excellent grounds and a well-maintained house. Our group of 10 had plenty of space for overnight stays. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen items and BBQ accessories. The pool was a major highlight—quite large with cool backlighting, adding to the ambiance. The property itself was also equipped with night lighting, enhancing the outdoor experience further. The large grounds offered a stunning river view and included a viewing platform and a dedicated grill zone. Inside, the villa boasted a large living room, allowing all of us to dine together comfortably. The kitchen was spacious, and air conditioning was available in all rooms, which worked perfectly. There were plenty of bathrooms, making it convenient for everyone to use the facilities at any time without disturbances. Overall, our stay was incredibly satisfying, and I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat near Istanbul

The house has a lot of minor breakages, but the chic garden with a swimming pool and its own pier on the sea redeem all these minor shortcomings. We had a lovely time with our family. Both children and elderly parents were happy. The host is very friendly and polite, quick to respond to any questions we had.

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!

I came for business purposes and needed a large place for 14 people. I booked the entire hotel. Rooms are small (yet, with everything from the mini-fridge to the hairdryer) and rooms were super clean. Can Serbay and his team are available and ready to support in all demands. THANK YOU! Note: I did not have nor breakfast nor dinner at the hotel. So, many restaurants are around.

Mr. Firat was very interested, and even came to our visit on the first day, the employees came to help us and showed their best. It was a happy environment with greenery. The pool was very clean, the house was very clean, especially the bedrooms, kitchen utensils, everything was thought out, we enjoyed it very much, we had a really nice stay, I recommend a peaceful place

The fact that all the walls are not wood also makes you notice the wood. This exceptional rental was a perfect haven for our 4-person team attending a conference. The house is stunning, meticulously clean, and brimming with unique amenities. The temperature-controlled swimming pool,warm fireplace and the heating system ran continuously provided the perfect sanctuary after long workdays. What truly elevated our experience was the extraordinary hospitality of the hosts. Although the owner doesn't speak English, his son Deniz was our primary point of contact—and what a delightful contact he was! The entire family demonstrated remarkable sincerity and warmth. They arranged reasonable transportation, guided us through local streets on our first day, helped us exchange cash, and went above and beyond in their care.Daily, the owner would visit to clear leaves from the pool, light the fireplace, and even bring fresh bread on first day morning. Deniz consistently offered valuable tourist recommendations and suggest exciting routes, making us feel genuinely welcomed.

It was a fairytale night, its price is not low, but it deserves its money

First of all, I should mention that the house is a house with a stone and wood weighted decoration and is a little old. When you enter, you can feel this experience with the smell of wood and items. We're glad we loved this style. In addition, it was very good that there were no missing items and supplies, such as some houses (especially in the kitchen). A full-fledged house like in your own home, down to the garlic grater. The heating was very good, we lit a fireplace to enjoy, we sat with the athlete:) . Since the fireplace flue works very efficiently, we did not have any issues such as tobacco, not burning, it burned up to every wood ashes. We spent 4 days in silence because it is in a small village, and everything is forest. During the day, we went to the seaside and had fun with the children. We visited 3 different beaches, it was an average of 15 minutes away. There are two houses in a large garden, the others in the other house did not interfere with us (probably not to disturb them), the privacy was nice. The interior of the house was clean, of course it was a newly built house with tiles

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Mr. Selcuk and Mr. Emre were very interested. They helped me with everything. There was nothing missing in the house, it was very nice. You can communicate with confidence.
