Spacious apartment and very near Taksim Square. The area is quiet so you can get some sleep.

The place is comfortable, clean and tidy .. There is a shuffle in the bathroom .. And the dealing is very sophisticated .. The employee treats him a wonderful time shorter and mana from the first day to the last day.. We encountered a problem on the first day and the quickest time .. And whatever we would do, he responds, and on a smooth length.. A thousand thanks to him and for his dealings

Lovely, spacious flat with fantastic views of Istanbul, the most comfortable furniture, and an impeccable host. In the lobby of the residence, you’ll find a great café with delicious food and coffee all day, a market that provides all your day-to-day needs, a salon if you need a haircut, and more. The gym and pool provide daily activity. Mobility is easy as taxis are always nearby, there’s an ATM a very short walk away, and you’ll feel safe and secure in a private, peaceful setting. If you’re looking for a place to relax and rest, this is it.

Upon arrival, the pick-up as well as the instructions were given , impossible to get lost , moreover the equipment (fitness/pool/welness) are of very good quality and peaceful . The location is great too

What a gem! We just spent 5 days with our two small kids at Emre’s place. The apt is very well located and comfortable, and for us the elevator was a huge bonus. Emre was incredibly accomodating and by far the best airbnb host we’ve come across. We hope to come back soon!

Özra's apartment is so spacious, good water pressure, always hot water, filterd drinking water and privet sauna in the apartment. Bed was comfortable, clean and plenty of extra linens. Washer in apartment. The kitchen has plenty of utensils to cook. There are many windows that can be opened and let air and sun light come in. I stayed during winter and the heat system kept the apartment very comfortable. There is a small elevator that opens into the apartment. Great location near public transportation, local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Things to consider: Due to the location the weekend nights can be noisy, I am a light sleeper and I was able to sleep well. Wood floors can be squeaky, but the apartment is on the top floor so there is no one above you. Overall it is a great stay and Özra is very friendly and helpful.

I was in Istanbul for a conference at the Hilton Bomonti. It was a perfect location for getting quickly to my conference. I enjoyed the balcony and the large sliding doors immensely. There is a large local market on the weekends, which may be the modern day Suk. Lots of eclectic items. There are a plethora of good restaurants within walking distance. I used taxis and public transit to get around depending on my timing. It was about 30 to 50 minute walk to major sites. The walk itself was enjoyable. There are lots of students in the neighborhood, this is probably why there are so many great restaurants. I was in the area mostly for business for about a week and this was a very comfortable home base. I was able to do laundry and eat a few meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Ali was a very gracious host. I really appreciated his communication and accommodating nature.

we stayed with a family of 4 people for 2 days in the apartment. The house was clean, in a central location as a neighborhood. There is indoor parking. We are very satisfied.

Next time I ll stay here again. The building has security at the entrance. Even though we just stayed one night it was good there was a washing machine.. This is valuable stay for a family situated on the asian side. Two good bedrooms and a living room where you also dine. As we stayed in June we were pleased the cooling system was working well . The area consist of newly built housing complex - "Resident". The flat is on the 17th floor so you will have an open view. Parking in the Street and there is own parking area. You are not downtown, but you can easily reach Bagdat Caddesi, Kadiköy and Uskudar within 5-10 min by taxi. Easy access to the highway junction and the Eurasia tunnel . The Fikirtepe metrobus station is 2-3min away. The great shopping mall Akasya is nearby. If you happens to stay on a Tuesday you can visit the famous "Sali Pazari" like grand bazaar - the big market - which is just on the other side of the main road. Mr. Volkan was helpful thanks.

This was my second time staying at this place and I'm thrilled again! The apartment is just as clean, cozy and perfectly equipped as the first time. The host is super friendly, reliable and always available for questions. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back the next time I visit Istanbul! Thank you for the great hospitality

Amazing apartment. Exactly as described and within 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. Hosts were very caring, helpful and available at any point to help. Including offering to help get to/from airport. Will be staying again

My stay was wonderful! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s in a fantastic location with a mall, restaurants, and plenty of activities just a short walk away. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. My only suggestion would be to add a microwave for warming up leftovers. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be back! 👍

Great Place 10 minute walk to taksim square, very clean with condo security and amenities...Great Host. very quick responses and support whenever and whatever you need; had a problem with a small issue in the bathroom, immideatly moved us to another unit, and gave us a complimentary ride to airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eyup's apartment . It was a mix between traditional and modern , but most of all cosy and comfort . The only thing i didn't like were the stairs , but old city / old building so it's understanding. Don't get scared by the fact that it was a little bit up in the hill because so was the rest of Istanbul . The location was the best , in city center (but far away from the noise) and near the port. The area was full of coffeehouses , restaurants , supermarkets , traditional shops etc . Nearby were also the bus/tram stops , very convenient if you can't get ahead with an uber on a raining day 😅 . To sum up it was a very good experience. Eyup and Ali were always reaching out to us to make sure everything was okay . You could ask them for any tips or recommendations , there were very responsive . Even tho we waited at the airport for almost 11h because our return flight kept delaying , I'd like to go back to Istanbul and why not book the same cosy apartment !
