We had a very nice stay in the villa, it has everything we needed for a nice holiday. Communication with sarah was easy.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Great accommodation, definitely great value for money. Despite the bad weather we had during our trip, we had a great time in this accommodation. The tennis court and the large garden offer many opportunities for outdoor activities. To mention Gitanric swimming pool WITH springboard. Finally, Guido was kind enough to drop us off at the nearest bus station upon departure, which saved us a 2 rides. We can only recommend this accommodation!

MariaGrazia is a particularly friendly, helpful hostess. The house has all the comforts, there is plenty of space around the house, all neatly maintained. The pool is a huge plus, especially if you come with a family. The pool was kept up every day. On her recommendation, we did a wine tasting in Frascole: well worth it. Also the yoga class offered was nice to do. All in all a beautiful comfortable house. Recommended!

A great place from which to explore Marche. Be sure to eat at Locanda La Rocca and Osteria Zanchetti in Fossombrone, both superb. I wished I’d dressed up a little more for the first - the terrace and experience merited it! The house is very well equipped and the pool is huge. Decorated simply but stylishly, the only negative was the huge photo posters of the grandkids (?) everywhere.

Wauwwww this villa is great!! We had a fantastic week at Andrea's house. The reception was warm, friendly and extensive. The villa was sparkling clean and equipped with all the comforts. The location is phenomenal and the pre-described sunsets are a feast for the eyes. Peace, nature and space. Andrea is a very attentive and quiet host who responds almost immediately if you have questions. Florence is one hour drive from the villa. But feel free to discover the nearby surroundings. Have a beer or cappuccino in the village at one of the local cafes and be sure to dine around sunset at the Tuscan restaurant Il Caldetino. We enjoyed and will definitely be back. I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

We had a fantastic week here! The pool is as clean and lovely as in the photos, the surroundings of the Tuscan hills are beautiful, and the large kitchen with outdoor area is great for cozy meals. Mario and family live in the main house, and are very nice and helpful (don't speak English, but he uses google translate). It's clean and neat, and really gives peace of mind to be here! Really recommended! We would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Tuscany and felt at home right away. The hosts, Silvana, Iacoppo, and Bruno, took excellent care of us and were always attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything one could ask for. The beautiful pool with its stunning views and the cozy fireplace area were definite highlights. The Villa and the surrounding grounds were so beautiful. It was a great base to travel to Siena, Florence, Pisa and other cities. The marketplace was gigantic and had everything you could think of--wonderful food, medicine, coffee, ready-made food. We had Daniela come to the place to cook an incredible 5-course Tuscan meal. Unfortunately for us, we stayed during one of Italy's hottest summers--not the fault of the host, it just is the way the weather is nowadays. Even though the Villa didn't have AC (Why would it if it's 500 years old?) it was not unbearable. There were fans, which helped, as well as pool that was pristine clean and so refreshing. The evening breeze was also a relief, but there were mosquitoes, so we really couldn't keep the windows open as there were no screens. But the overall beauty and tranquility of the place outweighed this one issue. The next time we come, it will not be summer. I can only imagine how beautiful the area is in early fall or spring.

We were in a work team in Rimini for work, we were very comfortable. Quiet area, spacious and cozy house, many beds. Close to the Rimini fairground. Host available and super attentive to provide us with all the necessary information.

Loved our stay. Hosts were kind and responded quickly. The property is beautiful and the views breathtaking. It’s a bit far from other cities (other than Florence), but if you’re looking for a cosy little getaway to just read, drink local wine and swim, this is a hidden gem!

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

The house is isolated and surrounded by nature, very large, well maintained, and is even better than it looks in photos. Arriving at the last stretch to reach it, the road becomes unpaved and seems to be challenging and long, but already the second time it is even fun and pleasant to peer into the woods from the inside. We had no difficulty even in the 2 days of heavy rain, it is worth it. Michele welcomed us with care and throughout our stay he was always available, also satisfying our request for additional deck chairs. The house is equipped with everything you need, utensils and dishes, Smart TV, BBQ, outdoor spaces, automatic gate. The pool is larger than you can see from the photos, clean, functional and pleasant. We really enjoyed it and so did our big dog in the huge unspoiled outdoor spaces. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a peaceful solution. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The villa is absolutely beautiful inside & out. Giorgio was an amazing host, and we were in need of nothing. He helped arrange a dinner for 15 and gave some great recs on restaurants nearby, which made it easy and delicious. All the rooms in the villa were comfortably accommodated with bathrooms, plus there were multiple sitting areas, and an awesome fireplace and dining table. We could not have asked for anything better.

We (ten adults and three kids under 5) stayed here to celebrate my parent’s birthday in October. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, it was suitable for everyone and spacious enough to fit all of us comfortably. We had the private chef one of the nights and it was a great experience with a typical Tuscan menu. Both Niccolò and Valentina were super helpful, recommending spots in the area as well as going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience 🌸 The view from the house as well as the pool is absolutely stunning- starting off the day with a dip and coffee was just what we needed travelling from Northern Europe. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this stunning Airbnb in Tuscany with a group of friends, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Nestled in the serene Tuscan countryside, it felt like our own private oasis.

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.
