Vacation rentals with lake access in Berlin/Brandenburg Metropolitan Region

Beautiful place, the outside area is right at the canal. It is a perfect to relax.

We stayed in the vacation home on the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the winter garden to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day and year. If you are looking for peace, far from any hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. Also for our dog, the cottage with the beautiful natural garden was a great pleasure. We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! Manfred's place was great. We felt right at home. It now really has everything you need (e.g. for cooking) and was also very clean and cozy! Absolutely suitable for the quiet surroundings. This is where you can really relax. The communication with Manfred was also great - thank you again!

Cathleen is an awesome host. Very responsive and helpful and we absolutely loved staying at her place. It was clean and had the cutest little backyard. The neighborhood was lovely and it was a great base to explore Berlin. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area

A wonderful retreat in a wonderful location right on the lake. Perfect for getting away from the big city noise. The little cottage is also very cozy. That's how we imagined it.

We had a very nice time in Potsdam, which was not least related to the great location of the accommodation. You are super fast on the water, the neighborhood is structurally and geographically very pretty and worth seeing, with delicious organic bakers and a few restaurants nearby. The accommodation is as described, despite the basement very bright and friendly and also suitable for families with young children, we kindly even got to borrow toys. The little sitting area outside is a great bonus with afternoon sun. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice feel-good Airbnb. Even the communication with Viola was super nice and the reception from her likeable parents in the house even more so. Very cute little apartment with a nice feel-good atmosphere and really everything you needed. The apartment is in an old farmhouse and that alone makes it so cozy. Otherwise nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, pretty bathroom and lots of peace and quiet all around. We recovered well and would come back to this beautiful spot on earth at any time. We had a very great time at the place. The surroundings are beautiful and the apartment is lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a stay. We were there with the bikes and is a good environment for bike rides. In addition, the bikes were convenient for shopping and for driving to restaurants in the area, because the timing of public transport is logically lower than in the city. We would definitely go again.

A very pleasant and easy stay!

We were super happy with the place. The amenities were perfect, there was nothing missing. We loved the large garden for private use with terrace, deck chairs and porch swing. Communication with the host or her mother was very good. She was always very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place, the area is also beautiful and the proximity to Berlin is a plus. Therefore 5 stars for everything. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great time in this beautiful place. Really a little oasis to feel good. Veit is a great host, very attentive and helpful. All in all definitely highly recommended and this was certainly not our last visit.

We had a great time at Thekla's studio. Location is great in a quiet residential area close to public transport taking you into the heart of bussling Berlin in no time! Thekla was very attentive, checking in on how we are doing and offering her help and advice always. The flat itself is well used, I imagine it's very popular with guests checking in and out regularly and may be hard to do a deep clean (found an old bueno down the side of the bed and blankets were quite dust). I struggle with allergies in the best hotels so didn't raise with Thekla and didn't impact our stay or rating! The studio is small but has everything you need, terrace gives additional living space and the shower is excellent!! Bed was surprisingly large and comfortable and we always had a great night's sleep. Prices are what they are in Berlin, this was the lowest we could find a few month's before our trip and was good value compared to other flats available. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat!

It was just beautiful! The house is very well thought out and really beautiful! The view of the lake is just wonderful!! The location is so great, the private beach was the very best for the kids we spent the whole evening 😊 here at sunset. It is super quiet, very relaxing and with the sauna a great wellness! Really highly recommended, we had a great time 😃

The place was great. The location was very nice, fantastic on the lake and the possibility to go out by boat. Very nice, quiet and great to have breakfast in the garden. Great amenities and communication as well. We were there with a child and there were even two high chairs!

We spent a nice week together as friends with our children. The two/three huts were good for spending time together as well as retreating separately. The covered terrace is great and we spent most of the time there with food, etc. Communication with the host was straightforward and we also liked the boat trip very much with the children, a nice end to our trip.

We had a great time staying at the house with two families. The place offers an idyllic swimming spot on the lake, a few minutes walk away. We spent a lot of time in the protected courtyard (Sonnenhof) for eating together, playing and “relaxing”. The communication with the hostess was always friendly and helpful.
