Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Perfectly located just one minute from the highway, undergrounds , and a two-minute walk from the Schlosscenter, great restaurants, bars, and shopping malls of all kinds. Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Cosy, stylish oasis in hip area

A quiet and harmonious little haven located in the hip Helmholtz kiez in Prenzlauerberg. With two balconies, high ceilings and original wooden flooring, modern kitchen, tasteful decor and all the modern conveniences you could need, it's a perfect little oasis and contrast to the buzz of ample restaurants, cafes and markets it's surrounded by. Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof are a short tram ride away. Kollwitzkiez, Mauerpark (and markets) are within walking distance.

Cosy Berlin apt close to KaDeWe

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). There is a kids bedroom with two beds as well. Families welcome but also couples without kids can enjoy our apartment. Happy to give you some Berlin insider tipps!

We felt welcome from the beginning. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, so we did not have the opportunity to take care of everything we were offered there. The house has a beautiful garden and is only a few steps away from the lake, which we used for an evening walk. For dinner we drove to a good Italian restaurant in the neighboring town (recommendation from Christian). In the morning we were surprised with a breakfast. We would have liked to have spent more time with the two and her dog Amy and are therefore happy to recommend this place.

The place is perfect for an extended weekend outside, for example. The surroundings are super beautiful, Hanna as a host is really great and super friendly and warm on top of that. I was able to bring my cat, who visibly enjoyed the little trip.

It was a fantastically beautiful room, elegant furnishings with romantic details, an excellent mattress(!), absolutely quiet, a very large and beautiful bathroom. The best thing was the excellent breakfast: lots of fresh fruit, tomatoes, cucumbers, delicious breads and much more. Barbara gave great tips for activities and was very warm and helpful. It was an extraordinary stay for our small cycling group: in addition to the very imaginative and tasty dinner outside in the garden, very interesting conversations and as a highlight a private small organ concert in the neighboring church, breakfast with homemade bread, the spacious rooms with very good beds in an absolutely quiet environment, Johannes did everything to make us feel comfortable. We highly recommend this place and especially the hosts!
