Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Comfortable and furnished to feel good. Restaurants, cafes are right outside the house door, Neckar and train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim are easily accessible in about 15 minutes by train by train. Bikes can be stored in the yard, here you can also sit nicely in summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

In the bedroom there is a double bed (180cm) in the bedroom. A sofa bed is available for additional guests (on request). Public parking is right next door. Within walking distance are shopping facilities (bakery shop 300 m), pharmacy (500 m), restaurants (300-600 m) and public transport (800 m) and Lützelsachsen train station (1.1 km).

The spacious attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house in Weinheim West and consists of two sun-drenched rooms with high-quality equipment. In the bedroom there are two double beds (1.60 m and 1.40 m), as well as a wardrobe. In the very large living-dining area you can cook, work and sit comfortably together. The large bathroom with bathtub is brightly tiled and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, a beautiful balcony invites you to linger.

Our monument-protected house from the 18th century, was renovated in 2019. Here you will find our apartments “Weschnitz” on the 1st floor. It is only a few steps to the Gerberbachviertel and the historic market square. With its Mediterranean flair and its numerous gastronomy, it invites you to linger. The castle park, the Hermannshof show and sighting garden, as well as the exotic forest with its huge sequoia trees can also be reached in a very short time.

Here you can relax from everyday life, enjoy nature and the forest and relax. Hiking trails start right by the house. The path to us is mainly used by agriculture and is single lane.
