De Duinstudio enjoys a great location at the foot of the dunes between Bergen and Bergen aan Zee, in the hamlet of De Franschman. This hamlet starts at the roundabout to Bergen aan Zee and this road winds along the dunes of Bergen aan Zee to the Egmonden. The Zeeweg to the beach and the Eeuwigelaan to Bergen also start here. The studio is located on a quiet residential area with various houses and summer houses, but you are within 5 minutes in Bergen Centre, Bergen aan Zee and the Egmonden.

The cottage is located in the forest and the dunes and it is a 10-minute bike ride from the beach. In the village of Groet, there are delicious restaurants and a supermarket. The cottage is suitable for a family composition 2 adults + 2 to 3 children. You can rent our cottage if you: - Want to stay a minimum of 5 nights - bring your own bedding - leave it clean.
