There is a small rowing boat with motor available on request. Two kayaks available. Åre is located 1.5 hours away and Vemdalen as well as Bydalsfjällen . one hour, which gives access to fantastic excursions all year round. Pets are welcome! Dog farm available. Walking path close by!

In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.
