Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Berchtesgadener Land

We had such a great time at Woolfgang’s place in Saalbach! The house is spotless and beautifully furnished, bathrooms are modern and very clean, bedrooms are great. There are no photos of the outside of the house in summer - the surroundings are absolutely lovely! We had an amazing view of the mountain from our bedroom. The house is minutes away on foot from the centre of Saalbach which has numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and other facilities. The joker card which Wolfgang provided for us gave us free use of the cable cars which was great, including 2 ascents per day with our bikes which saved us a fortune! I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it was absolutely great :)

A lovely house, setting sun on the veranda! With a ski ramp in front of the door, at the top you have to walk a bit for the connection to the gondola. The house is beautiful, cozy, quick to heat by gas heaters. Mattresses are firm, bunk beds too short for tall people. For tall people, the house is sometimes a challenge. Contact with host via airbnb app is fine. Fast & friendly. The spar is 8 minutes walking from the house. You then cross the ski slope, super nice, bring good shoes. Apres ski at the top of the mountain can mainly be heard on the “spar side” of the village. In the cottage you hardly heard of it.

Beautiful location in a peaceful area yet close to everything that you need. The chalet has everything that you need - and more. Couldn’t fault it!!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

The place was very nice. The house where the apartment is located is close to the center of the village. Everything in the appartment was clean. The amenities include two hot plates, Gordon Ramsay would not prepare a five-code menu on them, but that's enough to prepare a basic meal. The host Arno was very willing to accommodate our additional wishes. I recommend this place to all visitors

Stunning house in beautiful surroundings

Lovely chalet in beautiful surroundings. Short (and interesting!) drive to the nearest amenities. Lots to do in the surrounding area. The chalet had everything we required and was nicely decorated. The bathrooms looked very newly refurbished to a high standard, and the showers were great. Claudia made us very welcome and ordered and delivered from the bakery for us each morning. There really wasn't anything to complain about. Just note that being attached to a farm, quite a few flies make it into the house, and for some reason there is a toddler charge - never met that anywhere else so a bit puzzled by that, but it is noted in the description.

We loved staying at Johanna’s !! Absolutely amazing place. So different coming from Australia. Her directions to the house would have been helpful had we actually read them properly. Johanna was very quick to respond to all my messages - especially when we were lost. The view was out of this world. The kids (19,20,21 years) could snowboard in and out of chalet. Johanna helped with renting the snowboard equipment and organised private lessons. Welcome beers on arrival. Perfect stay. We will be back. Hopefully. Highly recommend.

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

The apartment was not only sparkling clean, but also corresponded exactly to the description. The kitchen was super equipped. Overall, the apartment is very comfortably furnished. The location is quiet and central. We were very pleased. The communication was also very smooth and warm.

We are very satisfied. Since we had a lot of snow, the garage was a big advantage. Those who parked outside would have to shovel the car for hours. It's really beautiful and we like to come back next year.

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

We had a fantastic weekend at Uschi's cabin! The location was simply fantastic – in the middle of nature including a magnificent mountain panorama. The cabin itself is very spacious, both in terms of amenities and in terms of space. We have already rented some cabins, but this one was by far the most spacious and all in all very cozy and welcoming. Communication with Uschi was also smooth and uncomplicated. Therefore, we can only recommend a stay here and would rent the cabin again at any time should we hike in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Annette's place. super location, nice spacy chalet with beautiful view. A few things can be improved to make it a perfect stay ( cleaner kitchen with new pans, dark room to let kids sleep longer ). I strongly recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay! Features great views and is very peaceful. Made us fall in love with Austria and the Alps.

It is a charming and cozy/wonderful cabin on the hillside with beautiful surroundings and walking trails. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need for a stay. It is close to the city (5 mins drive) and a restaurant is a stone`s throw away. Katharina is always available and responsive. It is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

We were very enthusiastic about the great accommodation with sensational views of the Inn Valley. The location at 1300m altitude is awesome! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even delicious coffee was provided. The wooden construction ensures a very special room climate. This creates cozy warmth and deep sleep - and somehow even the homemade food tastes better :) We loved the personal welcome by Birgit. We were happy to accept helpful tips about the region. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to next time. Thank you for the great week :)
