We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon! We loved the price, location, and outdoorsy feel. The updated bathroom and kitchen were nice as well. The porch and garage were an added plus! Not a complaint, but a note to others the upstairs loft is tricky for people over 6 ft tall. We had a good laugh and it made it interesting! Thanks again!!

My husband, pup, and I felt right at home here! Clean and cozy with an unbeatable location! Shops, dining, and the Bestie River trail right out the door…Not to mention the lake view from the living room!! Absolutely perfect for our stay.

This place was perfect. It has a beautiful view of Bryan Lake and was right down the road from downtown Lake Ann. This location was perfect to be able to enjoy the sleeping bear dunes as well as Traverse City. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in this area. Also Troy was very quick with his responses. A great host to work with on a stay.

We very much enjoyed our getaway on Stevens Lake. The setting of this house is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. We loved listening to the loon on the lake and our son had a great time down by the lake. The house itself was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. We arrived late at night on a foggy night, but Jane's directions were perfectly clear so we had no trouble locating this out of the way spot. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I visited Lake Ann, Traverse City and Leland over the weekend along with our daughter and son-in-law. The place was ideal for us. It was as described and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sofa is a pullout, but it had an auto inflate air mattress rather than the old uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. We would absolutely stay there again!

This was the perfect place for my sister and her bridesmaids! We stayed for a bachelorette trip and just drove to Traverse city since it was only 45 mins. Definitely stay here it was a great place and the host was amazing! Thank you again for letting us stay there the girls had a great time :)))

Heather's place was great for our trip to Frankfort. Well furnished, nice amenities, short walk to all the things on main st. and the beach as well. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats in Betsie Lake.

This was our forth time staying at Crystal Lake Gem- We fell in love with it even staying during the off season and it quickly became a birthday tradition.. perfect way to unplug and enjoy the peace and quiet of northern Michigan. We enjoy being so close to the big water, rock hunting, hiking and trying new food/drinks. Highlight however is just relaxing at the space- lighting the fireplace, playing pool and soaking in the hot tub. We will be back!

So much space for our family of six, including rooms and beds. Had our two dogs along who felt right at home. We loved the hot tub during the cold nights. We even got some beautiful Thanksgiving snow to make our Michigan trip complete. Bryce was so kind with the waffles, plenty of coffee, and always responsive when we had a few questions. We loved our getaway to Honor!

Exactly as described! Looks just like the photos. Hosts were always responsive and gave very easy check in instructions. Cozy home!

Great experience at Donna’s place. Clean, cozy and the kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils to make a meal. The keyless access was convenient. Great location. Kids loved the bunkbead. Appreciated the hiking trail recommendations. Arcadia and the Baldie dune were incredible. Also loved going up to sleeping bear dunes from here. Fun to watch all the kite surfers on Frankfort’s beach.

Part of me wants to give this home a negative review so that no one else discovers it! Perfect home. Perfect location. It was absolutely dreamy to be kayaking one moment and at the brewery listening to live music with an ice cream cone in hand 10 minutes later. The home had everything - well-stocked kitchen, toys for kiddos, comfy beds, kayaks, and beach toys. Could not have asked for more.

Great location for exploring the M-22 area. Walkable to local diner with great breakfast. 1 mile away from downtown restaurants. Stairs would pose a problem for little kids and elderly dogs. Clean with lots of added extras like games, books, movies, kitchen items.

Can’t say enough about this property. It’s was better than presented and such a great location close to everything our family loves about this area. The home was comfortable and immediately felt at home. It’s located at the end of a quiet street within short distance to the beach and many area hotspots. Communications was exceptional and friendly. Well done all around!

Our stay was great! What a beautiful and spacious property both inside and out. The yard is huge and great for kids to run! These are perfect fenced in area for the dog too. Everything was neat and organized and easy to find. We will be booking this place again soon!

The condo was perfect for us. It was a great whether you wanted to enjoy Crystal Mountain, or explore other places in the area, such as Iron Fish Distillery or Sleeping Bear Dunes. The condo was exactly what you see in pictures and as described. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was our fifth time staying here. The location, watching the boats on Betsie Bay bring us back each year. The condo is very well maintained, Marc is very quick to respond

only thing I I would mark on a negative was that the third bed was a Murphy bed in the wall by the kitchen. we thought it was a 3rd small bedroom. that could very well be on us though, so I can't knock them much for it. Great location, comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. All in all it was a great stay.

Was so lucky to stay here for the Ironman 70.3. The apartment features floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony overlooking the lakeshore. Located directly on the beach and a short, easy walk to Main st and open space park. Apt is clean and comfortable.

stayed for a wedding, didn't realize it was so close I could walk outside and be able to see the pond the ceremony was at. lovely place, would stay there again if in the area.

This condo was in the Crystal Mountain resort area, which we did not realize when we booked, but it was a good surprise when we got there! The grounds are beautiful and very walkable. There is a little store, some restaurants, and an ice cream stand available. We also enjoyed live music outside in their common area. Note that the pool and climbing wall, etc. all cost quite a bit extra (pool was $22/day per person when we were there)--just be aware that it is an added cost. We were able to easily visit Sleeping Bear Dunes and went over to Beulah one evening for mini-golf and ate at the Cherry Hut--a MUST! We would definitely stay here again. It's a great location and a very relaxing atmosphere!

We had such a wonderful time! The location was perfect for exploring Frankfort and the rest of Northern Michigan. The place had everything we needed and great views! We hope to be back!
