Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Benz

The house is very quietly located in a small village with good access to the next larger places. Parking and the outdoor facilities are top and well maintained. Ideal for a stay with a dog and there was even a bowl + a small welcome snack for him. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax for a few days. Communication with the hosts was relaxed, nimble, and accommodating. Thank you so much! We would come back anytime.

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

Very nice and cozy house with everything you need . From any dishes to spices ,oils, etc . The location of the house is great , quiet ,close to the forest . And the house itself is incredibly beautiful , I did not see such a beautiful living room and kitchen . Everything is clean and tidy. My friends and I were satisfied . A very good host who is always available and helps to resolve any issue . Everything is clear and clear . Thank you for such a nice time in the house and I recommend it to everyone from the heart.💕

We spent a week in the beautiful accommodation as a family with four children. It was all there and really sparkling clean. I'm very fussy about that. The amenities are great. And there was even all the consumables like toilet paper, soap, paper towels. Also great that there was some fruit and water ready. We thank you very much for this and can only recommend the accommodation. Oh and if you don't like crowds like us, October is probably well suited...the beautiful beach is only a little visited. We even walked to Rewal along the beach. Beautiful!

A cozy house where we were allowed to feel at home. Comfortable beds, very clean, large bathroom with washing machine and a cozy sofa corner with fireplace. We didn't miss anything! Albrecht responded quickly and kindly to our requests and the two neighbors were also always ready for a chat. The location is great for all kinds of excursions but the house offers plenty of opportunities to pass the time in rainy weather. Beautifully quiet by the forest with occasional guests (deer, squirrels). We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the cottage very much! We stayed there for an extended weekend with four adults and two small children and felt very comfortable. It was spacious, child-friendly, very clean and tastefully decorated. Our highlight was the fire. The beach was a 3-minute walk away. Lubmin is perfect for a short trip. There was a playground, small cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and of course the beautiful beach. We booked right back for next year! The only thing that would make it perfect would be a small grill.

We really enjoyed the location, right on the water with the option to enjoy the sunset every evening on the Balokon or with a walk. If you are looking for some peace and quiet and still want to be central for excursions and hikes, this is the place to be. An immediately accessible playground and a meadow also offer families good opportunities. The cafes and restaurants directly adjacent are very convenient. We like the area very much, but you should have a car and definitely pack bikes. The underground parking space with basement compartment was ideal. If you want to use the sofa bed, you have to know that it gets light quickly in the morning due to the sunrise. For us, a completely successful stay, we will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful week in the house of Daniel and Daniela. The house is very complete, we immediately felt completely at home! The house is very quiet, the area is beautiful. From the house, you can reach all the nice sights on the island within about 30 minutes. Daniel gave many nice tips about activities, sightseeing and the most beautiful beach in Rügen (Schaabe). I warmly recommend this home!!

We spent wonderful days there. We will be happy to book accommodation again. However, it was very unfortunate that the beach chair will not be available until the end of May in great weather. And there are no towels in the laundry package for the sauna. An info in this regard would have been great, you just have to pack it. But otherwise, mega view, nice apartment, we felt comfortable.

We were very pleased with the equipment of the apartment. Super nice atmosphere, very clean, helpful landlord, loving reception with self-produced jam, help with questions quickly.

We were very pleased. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos. Very spacious for 2 people, but also completely sufficient for 4 people. Surroundings densely populated, but still quiet, as it is right by the forest and only small houses. Bicycle shed for each apartment separate and lockable. Kitchen fully furnished. Laundry package available, but not mandatory. Location to the beach about "15 min walk. Shopping is also just around the corner. As well as the racing Roland.

Very relaxed stay and very nice to find peace. A little far from the beat but if you like to be on your own, it's perfect. There is everything you need in the apartment. And nearby there is the restaurant Jägerhaus, where you can just eat super mega delicious game. Highly recommended. A nice stay in itself

The place is modern, extremely clean and very welcoming. We were there in winter and it was very quiet, but I can imagine that it can be noisy in summer when many neighbors sit outside, as everything is pretty densely built up and the neighborhood has a lot of echo due to little green. The nearby Baltic Sea is very nice, I can't say much about the other surroundings, there was hardly anything going on here, which didn't bother us. The use of the sauna and the hot tub was great, but you have to remember that the heating is done by wood, which takes a few hours to reach the temperature. It didn't bother us, we found it rather charming, but coming into the house and shortly afterwards using the pool or sauna is not feasible. This must be deliberately planned. Otherwise, the communication was extremely fast and always very nice. We highly recommend it. The beds were great too.

The place is fully equipped and there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the attention to detail as well as the tasteful furnishings with an artistic personal touch. The large garden offers an opportunity to relax or can be used by children as a playground. The rooms are large with enough storage space for the items you bring with you. Shopping facilities are located in the village of Zinnowitz. By bike you can explore the area wonderfully or relax (10 minutes walk) on the beach. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed with the family, ten people and a dog ,over Christmas in this great house! I can only agree with all the other reviews. It's even more beautiful live than the photos show up. The house leaves nothing to be desired. Everything has been thought of. Mariusz helped with all organizational things and was quickly accessible. Two weeks relaxing holiday in a wonderful house. The high-quality amenities left nothing to be desired. The pictures are absolutely real. Less than 5 minutes to 4 kilometer long beach. The location (Lobbe) is very quiet and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. There are good shopping in Göhren (about 3 km). The village shop in Lobbe offers only a very limited offer. Definitely rent bikes and leave the car standing. Here to recommend: bike Tilly in Göhren - great service! Thanks to the Teiwes family
