our host responded quickly. the trip was put together on a whim. we certainly enjoyed the dining room table. usually, a grip of friends gets together for a mini vacation and we enjoyed sitting at the table eating. the master bedroom bed was movement free. which made the quality of sleep better the neighborhood is quaint and quiet. the back bedroom was interesting. it was large, with a TV and carpet. it is perfect if someone needing more privacy. we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to rent again

Cottage in the Pines is a beautiful place to stay. Robert thought of everything. Will definitely try to stay there again on our next trip to HSV.

We greatly enjoyed a delightful weekend at Andrea’s! It was a very nice place and convenient location. The garage was a real plus since the weather was freezing. The place is on the second floor; no surprise from the description but important know. Thank you for everything!

Very clean home within driving distance of Stuttgart

Pros: clean (except for nasty looking carpet) Kitchen well appointed with all our needs. Big to accommodate large group. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub (except me as I got sick soon after we arrived. That sucked. ) Cons: knew there were stairs, but had no concept of how many. Inside and out was pretty inaccessible for me. I’m not handicapped or disabled, but too old for that many. Couldn’t even get to a bathroom without climbing stairs. And that’s a problem when you’re sick! Driveway so steep even my 40 year old daughter had issues with it. Overall, it’s a nice place, just didn’t meet my needs. Hostess was kind in giving us extra time to get out as I was really sick and husband had to do everything to get us out without any help. Thank you Jeffrey and Tara! The home is beautiful and very quiet. It was very cold, so we drove to the downtown area, but it is definitely walking distance to Bathhouse Row. Everything is clean and comfy in the home and the front and back porches are awesome! We tried to enjoy them even in sub-freezing temps. We had a blast and would love to come stay again in the future!

we loved our stay at the bloom house! great location just 5 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. the house was very spacious and beautifully decorated.

The Sunny Oaks Studio Apartment was exactly what we needed! A delightful studio apartment in a beautiful setting! Hosts were responsive to our texts and took care of our needs immediately! My husband particularly enjoyed chatting with our host's spouse! Hopefully, we will be able to return to the area someday soon and will definitely want to stay in the Sunny Oaks Apartment!

Perfect scenic getaway for couples or families with older children. My husband and I went with our toddler. He’s used to not touching breakables so we knew it wouldn’t be an issue, but if your young one does have an issue with that, I’d consider somewhere else. It was a little rainy the morning after we stayed and the lake still looked beautiful. This is the kind of place I expect to find through Airbnb: a home away from home. Not just some hotel getaway. I loved their little snack basket provided by the fridge.

Centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood. I came to Arkansas during a strong cold snap but was nice and toasty the whole time. Highly recommended!

I booked last minute with my dog and they were very accommodating! The place was easy to find and the inside was absolutely beautiful and bigger than I thought it would be. The host answered any questions I had and was fast to reply. As a single female, I felt completely safe in this location and would recommend it to other travelers. The only thing to keep in mind is the walls are on the thinner side so you can hear the people in the other unit. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Scott was a fantastic host— his warm hospitality and quick communication set the tone for an incredible stay. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The view was a standout feature that made our trip truly memorable. We loved spending evenings browsing through the book collection, which added a personal touch to the space. Scott's local recommendations were spot-on, so don't forget to ask! To top it off, he surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate New Year's, which was a thoughtful and generous gesture. Highly recommend!

Angela’s place was as described and perfect for what we needed! There was street noise, but otherwise quiet. Convenient to everything you could need within a 5-10 minute drive. Comfortable bed and everything was very clean! Definitely will stay again.

Nice size unit. loft area would be great for family with kids Beautiful views of the lake, can swim, float, fish right in front of condo. Nice patio with furniture. Pet friendly, no carpeting. Would stay again.

My family and I came to get out of the routine a little and this was the ideal place. We had the lake in front of us which filled us with a lot of peace and disconnected us from the daily hustle and bustle. My husband and I were able to enjoy our coffee and a good chat without noise or interruptions. The place is quite cozy and Anne was quite friendly...I definitely recommend it!

Brittany’s place was just what I needed—a safe, nice, quiet getaway. I was a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe staying here. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I’d definitely stay again!

Kathleen’s Condo was decorated very well. It had the amenities that we were looking for and the location was excellent for what we were in town for. The price was very reasonable for what you receive. It would be “top notch” for a spring/summer stay
