Wonderful apartment with beachside location, we stayed here for 8 days with our grandchildren and family. The apartment has plenty of space, and a well equipped Kitchen. Everything you need for,your stay washing tablets for dishwasher and plenty of t towels. Beach towels and beach equipment was available. The restaurants are right outside and very friendly staff. Supermarket and tram all within 10 minute walk. Karen booked taxi for us and responded to every question. Thanks for the lovely Holiday.

We felt right at home in Tomas' apartment! The residential development is wonderful and the location is great for walking down to the beach, we were very grateful not to have to use the car every day. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and there is a very good breeze. You know the place is right when you miss something from home! We had a great time and we'll definitely be back. Tomas was attentive to us, trying to make things easy. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

This was a really lovely property with magnificent views. It was very convenient to walk down to the waters edge, taking no more than five or six minutes. The walk into Denia was approximately 40 minutes. The bar and restaurant just below the Villa was very nice. The only criticism is that it is a short drive to go anywhere else, as there isn’t a shop within walking distance. That said, we had some really great days out and nothing is very far away.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

We spent a very nice time in this villa. It is located in a private and quite area in front of the see. The house has everything we needed for a little baby, it matches the photos and description. Walking distance (10 min) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this apartment

The stay at Joao's house was very pleasant. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with 2 very nice and very well equipped patios. Joao was always very pleasant, willing and always attentive. The area is residential and very close to the beach. Everything is great

Repeat stay with Marta Y Roberto, apartment all in good order as expected, we like location as walk to town/beach/mountain also have car to travel out to other towns, we will visit again.

We stayed in this fishermen's house again for another year. The location is perfect, very close to restaurants, attractions, etc. The terrace is ideal for relaxing with views of the Castle at sunset. The service with Cris is unbeatable: she is attentive at the right level and it is easy to communicate with her. We will be back for sure

We stayed in April and found the beach across the road to be wonderful with lots of facilities and really clean. The tram into Alicante was a very reasonable price too and a station not too far from the apartment. There was a lot of building work going on around the neighborhood but you couldn't hear this from inside at all.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Impeccable accommodation, perfect description and very clean. The residence is ultra secure, the car remains safe in the parking lot with 24/7 surveillance. Everything is present in the residence for the whole family, children's games, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, beach access. We had a fabulous stay and the area is beautiful. We also appreciated the quietness of the residence due to the month of April where tourists were present. In short, we hope to stay there again someday. Thank you Jorge!

Excellent location for exploring Alicante with kids. The apartment had all the modern amenities and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. Plenty of places to eat nearby and shops to buy groceries. The apartment was very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had the most amazing stay in Miriam’s apartment! The view was absolutely breathtaking — one of those places where you just stop and stare. The interior was beautifully, and makes us fell like home and welcoming. We spent a few unforgettable days here and couldn’t have asked for a better base. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place that combines, biking, beach and an epic view!
