lovely place with patio in a nice neighborhood. has all amenities needed for a longer stay. garage is very small - my full size sedan did not fit - street parking is easy to find, however

This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for more than a week of apartment hunting and preparing for a move to the area, this space is excellent value for the money. There were a few quirks here and there, but even with quirks this was a great place to stay for a week

Had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again on our next trip!

Serena and other hosts are very responsive through the chat, and the place is great to stay. Easy to drive around the city and we are enjoying our stay here.

I was extremely satisfied with Roman as a host. He was always responsive at any time during the day. He also cared for my packages so that they don't get stolen. The place was even better than the pictures with new couches and renovated bathroom/bedroom

I booked this Airbnb for my parents' visit in December and it was perfect for them. The location was super convenient and easily walk able to downtown restaurants and shops. The space itself was cozy and comfortable, with tons of thoughtful amenities including yogurts & fruits in the fridge. They were able to utilize the kitchen to make simple breakfast for themselves. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb and my parents would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing week staying at this cozy beachside home over Thanksgiving! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, with gorgeous sunsets and easy access to everything in town. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a great base for exploring my old college town and creating new memories 🌊

Excellent house. We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean. Wonderful views. We will definitely rent it again when we’re in the area. It was initially difficult to find in the dark but once we figured it out it was easy.

We stay at Seascape a couple of times a year, we love the location: beautiful beach walks, pools and hot tubs, walk to the market, and then just a quick drive to Capitola, downtown Santa Cruz, or even the boardwalk. This particular rental was lovely and very homey. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well appointed, there are two nice balconies- one with a great table that is perfect for cocktails or coffee. There are two pullout couches, which made the living room so fun to watch movies with the teenagers. More than anything, we appreciated the very accommodating host, who was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could leave our bags while we went shopping downtown. It was really a lovely stay. I recommend both Seascape, and this particular rental, very highly.

We've traveled many times to SJC to visit grandkids. This studio apartment exceeded every brand hotel & extended stay place we've stayed at in the past. Was surprised to see Eugene's listing at Santana Row for the price. Besides the exceptional location to Santana Row (on site) & Valley Fair, the accomodations were super comfortable, spotless, well equipped, and safe. Also convenient to other SJC offerings. Eugene was very communicative before & during our visit. We will make this our to go property in the future.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

We had an amazing stay at Conner’s airbnb. The condo was very spacious and bright with nice furnishings. I appreciated all the kitchen equipment and appliances. The very best is simply the location and the convenience it provides with its world class restaurants and shopping right downstairs. Thank you for a wonderful stay and can’t wait to be back again!

My wife and I stayed at Jason and Leigh Ann's place for three nights in October 2024. The unit is part of a nine building condo complex (Pajaro Dunes Resort) which is separated from the wonderful Seacliff beach by low dunes, and the passageway to the beach is right next door. The kitchen was well-equipped (no yard sale rejects) and organized. The amount of space was perfect for a couple and everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. Renters who plan to do cooking may want to bring all the spices, oils and other accessory components they need since only spray oil, salt and pepper was provided. When we visited, the ocean view from this ground floor unit was largely obscured by dune grass, which was higher that that shown in the photos. I noted that the rental price for comparable units on the second or third floors was much higher and, for the price difference, we'll look at dune grass. Maybe when we book again it will be lower.

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.
