Vacation rentals with breakfast in Belsize Park, Greater London

As always, I enjoy my return visits to Colin and Simah. They make guest's feel welcome and I always feel relaxed in their home. The location is great with restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport all within walking distanced. Good bus and tube connections makes moving around London Easy and convenient. The area is quiet at night, easy to get a good nights sleep and you can start your day with a nice breakfasts and good conversation with the host's and /or other guests.

Thank you so much to Tom and Kate for this lovely stay—you made us feel so at home in London. We especially loved the neighborhood and all the Greek food, which was incredible. What a lovely, cozy home! May our paths cross again one day ❤️

Tammy's place is a great place to stay in London for a visiting family. The location, near a small park, not far from historic Greenwich and the O2 Arena, is excellent and much more quiet than we were expecting. Tammy was very helpful with car parking arrangements. We would certainly like to come back again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's lovely home! From the moment we arrived, Margaret was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She was always helpful and happy to offer local tips and advice, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delightful—fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Thank you, Margaret, for being such a fantastic host! We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

It is a wonderful experience in a quiet area where all kinds of facilities are available, including stations that take you to the heart of London in a short time, in addition to a number of very good restaurants. Since my arrival on the first day, I found the room and toilet spotless and everything carefully arranged. I stayed for two months in this wonderful house and really enjoyed my stay; I found everything I needed and unlimited support. They are very nice people, everyone I have met in this house has been wonderful, kind and very friendly, so there is a positive energy that you feel throughout the house. It was not just an experience to book accommodation, it was an experience in constructive communication and cultural exchange with others, and people in this house helped me make it a wonderful cultural exchange experience. I am very happy with this experience, and grateful to everyone in this nice house.

Katherine and Juanita have been lovely at all times, they have recommended several places to go to and they have been very kind. The place is very nice and very clean, the dogs, beautiful, and the breakfast is very good. I highly recommend it.

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

Perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the tube and bus station. 10 minutes to Shopping City, and restaurants. Plenty of space and all equipment and amenities in the flat, and of course a very friendly, and helpful host, who kindly provided some eggs, milk, bread, coffee, and cakes on arrival. I couldn’t have asked for more.

We stayed for five nights during Thanksgiving week. We planned for five of us but only four went, so there was ample accommodation. There are three good sized bedrooms, one with two single beds. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is abour five minutes walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and liquor stores. It's also about ten minutes walk to Queens Park subway station, where the Bakerloo line takes you to Central London in 20-30 minutes. All of us had a very enjoyable time at the apartment - and in London.

I had an amazing stay at Zoe's apartment! The flat was spacious, clean, and comfy. The large balcony was a bonus! The location was perfect and within walking distance (less than 10 minutes!) to the train, grocery store, and several cafes and pubs. Zoe was super responsive, helpful and provided a thorough guide with suggestions for things to see and do in and around Hackney/London. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again!

Very good location and close to the city center. It is very convenient because there is a M&S nearby. The metro station is only 5 min and you could take the Bakerloo line to Oxford Circus within 20 min. Anna is very helpful and responsive to questions.

Really well located flat and outstanding for the price. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. Really appreciated the Procecco/Madeleine's since our flight was delayed and we were real hungry when we got in.

Alek's flat is really handily situated near Kingston Station with good access to central London, there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area and a bonus is the big supermarket right across the road. The flat is very well equipped with all things needed for a longer stay when you want to cook yourself and need to do laundry too. We found the flat warm and cosy, and although fairly compact, it worked well for our family of three. Alek was very responsive throughout our stay and was able to accommodate late arrival as we had transportation issues. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Vi and Alex have taken hosting to the next level. From the time of our first inquiry to the point of checking out, Vi and Alex were consistently gracious, friendly and helpful. No request was impossible! The flat on East Piutney was a haven of peace and luxury in the midst of bustling London. With the tube and the railway minutes walk away, it was super convenient for travel connections all over London during our busy stay. The basement car park and the lift made life a lot easier. The flat was well sound proofed and insulated, and the view from the balcony door was nice, even the gentle sound of the trains passing by was strangely soothing. Thank you, Vi and Alex for making our stay so happy and enjoyable!

Airbnb very good, 10 minutes walk from the subway. The property is about 30-45 minutes away from the center or the sights of London. The accommodation is well equipped, clean and accurate to the photos. Melanie and her husband hosted us very well. I recommend it!

It was lovely to stay at Fiona’s, she is friendly and welcoming! We had the room with the adjoining bathroom. The place was homey. It was delightful to have breakfast and chats with Fiona in the morning. She gave us some good recommendations. The room was great and very clean! The transport to the center was easy a 5 min walk to the bus and within 30 minutes. It was also a walk across a bridge with a view of a pretty lit bridge into Chelsea which had a few restaurants and stores.

Everything was great, the neighborhood, the room, and the breakfast was just perfect. Sallie was so kind and made me feel at home. I definitely would book again in the future. thanks for everything Sallie!

Really great location in a lovely townhouse. Quiet room despite being on a busy street. Very pleasant and well run!

from the moment we arrived it felt like we already knew each other. Leroy gave us directions to restaurants (Needoos) and local attractions pointing out where we should "definitely" go. he gave us some great local information. Chris and Leroy took time to make sure everything was good for us. we would recommend staying here,we would use them again if staying in that area.

Sally and Chris' place is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was spotless and the room was spacious, perfect for a couple travelling with large suitcases. Location was perfect for what we needed. Short flat walk from the train station and close to a variety of supermarkets. Sally and Chris are very hospitable and make you feel welcomed in their home. The included breakfast was lovely and great bonus especially on this platform.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Diana's. The location was within easy walking distance of the underground but in a very nice and peaceful part of Clapham. The room was clean and comfortable with our own fully equipped bathroom. This was situated on the third floor of the house and was therefore our own private space. Diana was a great host who provided a lovely breakfast and we enjoyed our morning chats around the breakfast table. We would highly recommend a stay with Diana in her lovely home.

We have a great time staying at Louisa’s gorgeous family home - it’s in a quiet neighborhood perfect for families and walking distance to cute cafes, shops and parks. The house is beautifully styled and very spacious, we had our best nights sleep here and would highly recommend!
