I stayed at this apartment for a little under two weeks and it was perfect for my stay in Belo Horizonte. Marcelo was very helpful during the check-in and checkout process along with assisting with all my questions about the apartment. It is located in a great location within Santa Efigenia and has all the amenities you can ask for along with being very clean. I will certainly stay here the next time I am in Belo Horizonte. 10 out of 10 rating for this apartment!

Well located and very cozy apartment. Perfect for 02 people, accommodated 04 people well (02 in the bedroom and 02 in the living room). Access to the garage and the very agile concierge at any time of the day. Edson was very helpful, giving us the necessary support from the first contact. We had a great experience!

The apartment is in a great neighborhood, close to all possible services: restaurant, laundry, market, boteco, gyms. The apartment has everything you need to cook and everything working properly.
