Perfect base for an Advent weekend. The house is so cozy and well equipped and of high quality that you actually don't want to leave it;) You can also explore great Quedlinburg and the Christmas market there from there. There is even a direct bus connection (about 1/2 hour) - thank you Lutz for this tip!

Can’t tell how much I enjoyed the place and the nice talking with Gisela. Would highly recommend. The location is good with convenient tram transportation, Domplatz is within 10minutes walk. Room is clean and tidy with everything you need as a short stay.

We were on site as a group of four for a weekend in Wernigerode/Schierke and were directly enthusiastic about the accommodation. The host always responded to our questions the same day and was very accommodating with the last minute rebooking of our visit, due to a private emergency. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your reliability and goodwill! The accommodation itself was clean, furnished as described (as a small info: instead of an oven there is a microwave with oven function, which also worked well) and prepared the beds for us according to our wishes. However, most importantly - we felt right at home there! The location of the accommodation was good according to our requirements, shopping and coming to the bakery in the morning was very easy. All in all we had an excellent and relaxing stay and would book Villa Charlotte next time too!

A dream house with all the comforts. We only had issue with the electric system which could go in tilt. But beside that it is such an amazing, wonderful and beautiful space! We will come back for sureeeee

Very modern and beautiful accommodation in a central location in Erfurt. We felt right at home. With the tram you are in no time at all in the center. The contact with the hosts was also very friendly and uncomplicated.

We had a wonderful time in Tanne with our large colorful group. The house is super nice and lovingly furnished, so we could feel right at home. Surroundings is quiet and perfect for hiking right away. The communication with Michael was straightforward and very warm. So a stay is absolutely recommended, there are no wishes left unfulfilled. We enjoyed our stay on the 3rd Advent weekend. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated - there was even some Christmas decor. At check-in, we had help from the host's partner - very patient when opening the key safe. A working TV or wifi would be the cherry on the weekend. We are happy to recommend.
