i stayed in the apartment for 2 nights with my girlfriend, and we fell so in love with the house and the area until we extended for another night. That said, I highly recommend to those who want to experience a quiet weekend to consider the location and quality of the structure.

Susanna is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. She is very responsive - she even interrupted her evening to immediately help me with a light bulb issue. As for the apartment, it was sparkling clean with a nice view from the bedroom that overlooks the Urbino countryside. The apartment is so ideally convenient to the main square yet quiet since it is located on a little side street. If I come to Urbino again, I would definitely stay at Susanna’s place.

Lorenzo's house is in the historic center of Rimini, in a very convenient location and full of amenities. Delightful and clean house that I highly recommend.

We loved staying at this apartment. Excellent view, good breeze in the evening and close to the beach. Hosts were excellent and the apartment was clean and tidy. Confortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen and everything is just like the pictures. Allows for a perfect vacation in Cesenatico.

The accommodation matches the description, is on three floors and is equipped with everything you need in both the kitchen and bathroom. Christian is really helpful and takes care of his guests in a professional and courteous manner. Having to report the only "negative" thing that we discovered only upon our arrival and on which the owner is already working is the poor telephone line or internet network. Even using the phone hotspot it was not possible to use the internet on the PC because the phones (of different operators) did not have reception. However, a stable connection will soon be available, I only recommend, in case you think it is necessary, to make sure of it. For the rest, check-in and check-out are very simple, quiet area but close to services (bus stop right outside the gate) and small touches that made us feel at home, such as chocolates and a bottle of wine that were offered to us. Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

Good place, location and price

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

We only spent one night at the SKAAUT loggia, but we had a great time. The house was exactly as described, cozy and well maintained. Despite the short stay, everything was great and comfortable. Recommended for those looking for a quiet and well-organized place!

The place is lovely. The views are formidable and the apartment is very nice. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the service is personalized and they make you feel at home. It's a very quiet and beautiful area. Highly recommended accommodation!

Incredibly great and modern apartment with 2 balconies, 2 TVs and a well-equipped and modern kitchen! It looks just as beautiful as in the pictures and is close to the beach. It was clean, the wifi always worked well and everything else was to our satisfaction. Also the check-in worked smoothly and independently through an electronic door lock with QR code (for example, we arrived late at night and it was no problem at all). Above all Marco is very friendly and incredibly helpful, was always there if we had any questions and recommended us good restaurants and excursions and even reserved for us and inquired. Gladly again and highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed with Roberto, this time choosing the apartment on the first floor. Excellent spacious and comfortable solution. Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
