Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

The setting of Casa Cattaneo is so very beautiful The light is exceptional making the sunrise and sunsets something to look forward to every day. The house is a beautiful example of modernism at its finest. Whilst some amenities are less comfortable today the house offers an exceptional way to experience the local setting exceptional view of lake Maggiore and the culinary delights of the area.

The listing is very accurate, and the home was fantastic in a great location with a spectacular view. For a very reasonable charge, the pool was heated which made a big difference when the weather was cooler than hoped for. We were a family of 6, and there was plenty of space. Every detail seemed to have been thought through very well. We couldn’t have been happier!

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

With a group of ten people we had a fantastic stay at the beautiful authentic villa. The house has all the comforts and clean. Cristina is a super host who was available for questions both before and during the stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ceasar and neighbor Timo was always available for questions. The only point of attention is that you are awakened every morning at 7 a.m. by the bells of the (also beautiful) church next to the villa. On Sunday morning, however, there was a beautiful church song opposite, which we enjoyed from the lovely swimming pool.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The Villa is up a decent hill about 10-15 min walk from the ferry stop and main street but very doable. Renato and Sara were very flexible and easy to get in touch with. The house was clean and ready early for our arrival.

From April 11 to April 15, I had the pleasure of hosting about 25 family and friends to celebrate the recent nuptials of my husband and me. Giuseppe was absolutely incredible—not only before our arrival with thoughtful recommendations on restaurants, travel, local activities, and getting around—but also once we met him in person. He was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The two villas are located right next to each other and are simply stunning. The photos on Airbnb don’t do them justice. It truly felt like something out of a fairytale—from walking down the steps and taking in the breathtaking view of the lake, to the peaceful breeze and serene atmosphere, everything was just magical. If you’re planning a trip with a small or large group, I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. If you need even more space, Margaritaville is just up the road and within walking distance—it was also fantastic. Beautiful view! The house looked the same as the pictures. Daniel was an excellent host and very responsive! I would only say if you have a lot of heavy luggage this would not be the place for you. The walkway to get to the house is VERY steep. And was even more dangerous when wet. The town was very cute but limited. I definitely recommend buying some groceries before you arrive. Overall it was a beautiful house and we loved our stay!

We had a great time in this place. The view is stunning and worth the steep route going up the mountain to get in or get out of the property.. Marzia is a great host. She responded to all our questions and provided a guide of restaurants and things to do. I’d recommend people with an interest to stay a lot in the property to come here because of its beauty and its high location.

Great for families and very welcoming and friendly hosts. Breakfast was perfect and Sonia's wellness offering - we tried the hot stone massage - was a great addition to the trip. Highly recommend!

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

What a beautiful setting for our family reunion on Lake Cuomo! Host and his Dad met us at check in to help with luggage. The home is simply beautiful, fully furnished and outfitted with embroidered linens and towels. We appreciated so very much the starter groceries and fresh produce. We settled in and didn’t need to shop for a few days. We hiked the trails above Brienno, chartered a private sailboat, ate locally, took the ferry to Bellagio, explored Menaggio, Cernobbio and of course Como. And sat on the beautiful terrace in Brienno and admired the view for hours. This home is a wonderful place, excellent value for the price. Highly reccomended.

Our stay at Villa Rina, was a very special experience for me and my family! The amenities are excellent, Everything your heart desires is there. Super sorted, organized and clean. it was a super nice area, quiet. by car fifteen minutes from como lake. the house was beautiful, a veranda with a great view of the mountains and it was also pleasant to stay if it was too hot outside. we felt right at home. the family was extremely welcoming, they are ready to help you with all kinds of questions. even when we had to go to the hospital they helped us well. for anyone looking for peace and a beautiful area, we highly recommend this airbnb

We were group of 19 people, had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this House. Betty was constantly in touch with us and gave countless tips. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend the Villa.

I booked the full villa with some colleagues and we had a lot of fun. The kitchen is big and with a lot of space, garden and pool are great for children and adults

Our stay here was incredible! The views are unmatched. It was very affordable compared to other places in the area. It perfectly accommodated 8 of us each having a bed to sleep in. Deborah is very responsive and helpful! There are some restaurants that are walking distance but you almost have to have a car for this area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

This stay was wonderful. Modern, clean, peaceful villa, fabulous view. Stefania was ultra responsive, answered all my questions and there was even an Easter egg for my 3 year old son when we arrived! Perfect and thank you for this idyllic stay, we plan to come back soon :D

Carlotta and Guilia were incredible AirBNB hostesses!! I loved Villa Maria Laura from the listing photos, but it was even more breathtaking in person. I had asked if the Villa could accommodate my wedding proposal, and they went above and beyond helping me accomplish exactly the proposal I’d envisioned by providing early check-in, ease of access for my photographer etc, and an amazing private dinner. Even after the engagement, the stay at Villa Maria Laura was magical. Guilia came each morning to bring us fresh pastries and was always available through text whenever we needed anything. We loved it so much, we want to come back for our honeymoon too! Thank you so so much for the best AirBNB we have ever stayed in! This villa and its two lovely hostesses will always be in our hearts and memories ❤️
