Guesthouse vacation rentals in Belize

This place was great. I didn’t realize they had kayaks and hammock so that was a nice bonus. Super clean very comfortable. There is a bar close by that was kind of loud, but I expected that because I had read the reviews and it wasn’t like that the first night we were there but the second night was a weekend night, so I kind of expected that. The water was very calm and it was great to have a kayak. The grounds are small, but immaculate. It was nice to visit with other people as they would sit on the porch or on the beach. Next-door to a supermarket was also very convenient.

My experience was very satisfactory in terms of my stay at Laura's place in Belize city.. with excellent location and above all in a very nice and safe area where everything is within reach.. without a doubt I recommend Laura since it is like being at home! i will be back soon for sure!

Our stay at Louise’s place was amazing, the flat is even better than on the pictures. The terrace is really nice with the hammock. We loved the bicycles to visit the island, this was the best way to move around and very kindly loaned by Louise. We wish we had stayed longer!

A little piece of paradise right here on earth! Quiet and clean with beach access right there. Angel is very knowledgeable and gave us many good tips . Would definitely recommend this to others.

We were very pleased with the cottage at Blue Turtle! We arrived earlier than expected. Johnathan was very welcoming and allowed us to leave our luggage in the cottage until later that afternoon. When we returned the place was spotless! The kitchen held everything required for our 10 day stay. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had lots of hot water. We loved the pool!! It was clean, private, the perfect temperature and within steps of the front door. Michael was awesome!!! Keep in mind that the cottage is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to town and The Split. Individuals with mobility issues might want to rent a golf cart. We didn't mind the walk....that wonderful pool was always waiting for us! We would highly recommend the cottage at Blue Turtle!

Great place to visit and stay! Diana was a great host and made everything so easy and simple. She supported me from the minute my plane landed until my plane left San Pedro! She organized and set up everything I needed to make my trip the best time! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Diana was so wonderful with communication and helpful with setting up logistics ie taxi from arrival spot and golf cart rental, even when we were more last minute with our requests because we weren't quite sure what we were going to need. Definitely take advantage of this! A golf cart is definitely needed for this area. The property is absolutely beautiful and loooved the outdoor shower and the treehouse. We jumped around quite a bit on our trip to Belize, and this bed was by far the most comfortable out of all of our airbnbs. We were able to fill our water bottles in the kitchen with drinking water available which was very much so appreciated.

Jada's friend was very nice and waiting for meg at the bus station even she couln't be sure which bus I took. The house is very nice, and can fit 4 people (2 rooms with 2 double bed)..The house is being renovated now, but it was fully ok, there were many things in the kitchen to cook, also Jada was nice and provided water was in the fridge. I only couldn't find the trash bin but that was maybe my mistake and during the night there was a very strong wind which made moving some doors which couldn't be closed yet, but there were chairs and pillows which helped to solvet he problem quickly. The location is in a very calm street but 20-30 minutes walking necessary to reach the dock or the main street.

What shall we say ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars for every category. The location is wonderful. The interieur is decorated with so much love. We immediatly fell in live when we entered the Apartment. awe missed nothing at all. The a/c in the bedrooms were wonderful. Everything was super clean. The full aquipped kitchen invites to cook. The pool helped to cool off during daytime. And the free bicycles brought us everywhere on the Island. We experienced total relaxation and recreation here. We would love to come back to this wonderful place. Thank you Anne and Jason for creating such a wonderful place.

Wendy was very friendly and helpful. The place was simple and nice. Caye Caulker is very walkable. The place is on the edge of town but still close. Part of the fun is walking the streets. Great place and very good value

we needed a place last second in hopkins and the xterra was able to take us right away. comfortable and close to the beach would stay here again in a heart beat

Exclusive accommodation for divers! Best place in Belize if you are scuba diver and plan to explore the Lighthouse Reef Atoll (Great Blue Hole&Half Moon Caye) in Belize. Accommodation clean, food tasty, staff nice. We really enjoyed our stay on the island and definitely recommend!!

Hosts are responsive to requests, inquiries, and any issues. We have stayed here several times and enjoy it.

Beautiful spot on the beach, right in the village within easy walking distance of everything we needed. Our kids entertained themselves on the beach and made friends with some of the local boys. It was a truly wonderful stay.

This place is a gem! We absolutely loved our stay here, and they really put love into the details of this home. The towels were super soft, plush and plentiful. The cannisters of bathroom things you might need, but may have forgotten to pack such as cotton swabs or face pads was very nice. Our son loved the pool, and the live actions show the leaf cutter ants put on going up and down the tree. The views are amazing from the deck, and we saw parrots, and small bibnut running about. It was an adventure to remember! 10 outta 10 recommend!!!

One of the best Airbnb finds yet! This place was perfect. It was comfy, cool, quiet yet had the bonus of a great restaurant and bar on the property. The people were so nice and welcoming. And helpful! We will absolutely come back and recommend it to everyone we know. Ideal north island location. If you’re new to the area and driving after dark in a golf cart, you’ll think you’re driving toward oblivion and never going to find it. But you will… google maps has it. And, once you find it, it will feel like home. Do yourself a favor and book here!

This house is amazing, very cozy family atmosphere, it has a full kitchen with all of the things you need for cooking. I’m sure some stuff is what people leave behind and it’s left to be use by others, It has washer and dryer, they had 5 gallon of drinking water, It has access to the Poseidon beach, all to yourself, it has a deck on the lagoon, it has kayaks and paddle boards, grocery store within 10 minute drive. Downtown Placencia about 30 minutes drive. If you’re outdoor person, you know what to do to protect yourself from mosquitoes. If you’re not an outdoor person, make sure you have bug spray, outdoor clothing, I would suggest at least short sleeve shirts, light weight pants, a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses. Also forget good cellphone service, it’s kind of spotty. Well that’s all folks. Enjoy this house and your vacation.

I can't recommend Julie and Gary's enough. They're so passionate about making your stay nothing but beautiful and memorable. From the moment we met them they were genuinely above and beyond people. You can ask them anything and they have the answer and will even go out of their way to help. You can tell they've found their slice of heaven and take immense pride in sharing it with others. Their Airbnb is located in such a beautiful location that's within walking distance to everything. I can honestly say we left their place feeling the same warmth you'd experience leaving family! Gary and Julie, thank you so much for allowing us to stay with you and the heaps of care you dish out into those that stay with you. It was one for the books.

Gary and Julie were the best hosts! They are very kind and make you feel right at home. They made wonderful suggestions of what to do around the area. Julie also makes some of the best salsa I’ve ever tried! I highly recommend their spot for anyone traveling inland
