Very responsive host, and place was spotless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the Lynchburg area.

Our stay was great! The place was exactly as described, had lots of room to get comfortable, a super comfy bed and linens, great backyard sitting space… all was wonderful. The only “problem” we had, and i am loose with that term because it is out of anyone’s control and it’s what you get in an older space, is the floor was extremely loud in the bedrooms. We have a baby that naps multiple times and has an early bedtime and each time we put her to sleep, it was incredibly difficult to leave the room with how loud it was. Just something I would have liked to know because with how frequently she sleeps, we would have looked around for a quieter building. But the stay otherwise was GREAT. Jared is a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay in Bryan’s home. It was extremely peaceful and convenient to local restaurants. It was a nice, decently priced place that was perfect for a family of 3. I had to work remotely during our visit and when I sat down at the desk, I saw a kind welcome message on the calendar. We look forward to booking a visit here again soon!

This may be my favorite airbnb experience thus far. Gwendolyn was a wonderful host, the home was so well appointed and so incredibly peaceful. I slept so well. Easy access to Liberty University. Highly highly recommend.

Highly recommend, everything was better than described or pictured. Felt like home immediately, very clean, easy to find anything that was needed, comfortable beds, cozy, great layout. A+ for communication and responsiveness. Would stay here again.

I had an enjoyable stay. It was near enough to downtown but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Josiah and Jael are wonderful hosts. They make sure your stay is easy and relaxed. They respond quickly and ensure you have everything you need! The house was cute, clean, and well stocked!

We have loved staying at Sarah's place each time we've come to visit our son at Liberty University. After our first stay, we never even considered booking anywhere else because it was exactly what we needed for our family and we loved the location. The house is very quiet and nice, plenty of amenities, stocked kitchen and great front porch for coffee or back yard for the evenings. We especially love the 3 deer that often come by to visit in the back yard at night.

Had a great time here…it’s one of the nicer ones I’ve been to…felt like we were in a post card picture it was so beautiful with the river running through. The host was great too. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay in Lynchburg. This place was just perfect for our quick trip to Liberty University. The place was exactly as described. We found it to be comfortable and clean and perfect for the four of us for a couple nights.

This was a great place to stay with all of our family while attending our daughter’s graduation from Liberty University! The owners were very responsive to my messages and the home was very clean and comfortable!

What a great house! The layout was wonderful with the bedrooms spread out to give everyone some space. Multiple living spaces/tv rooms and the game area downstairs was helpful with our group of 10. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was a very comfortable home. We would love to come back again!

Perfect spot within walking distance to Napolis and Bernard’s landing event venue. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony. Everything was clean and the condo smelt fantastic. I do wish there were more blankets/linens for the bed. It was a wonderful stay, thank you Tracy for welcoming us into your home.

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and the first time we visited SML. Our experience was great from our initial inquiry regarding boat launching, docking, and trailer storage at check-in to our departure 5 days later. Armand obtained the info and map links from the security office that we needed to launch the boat and store the trailer. which made it easy once we arrived. The view from the condo is beautiful any time of the day, but the view of the sunrise across the lake behind the mountain is absolutely stunning. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. If you have a boat, bring it, you can’t beat waking down to the dock on this water playground with marinas, restaurants, beaches, and shops to visit. We’re looking forward to returning in the Spring.

The beautiful view coupled with a quiet neighborhood were welcomed. However, what I appreciate the most is the thoughtfulness that invited you into every room, such as the complementary toiletries in case you forgot something, the full dishware in the kitchen, or the mints on the dresser. It was the perceft place for our weekend. I will definitely stay again!

Allison was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is well kept well decorated and comfortable for our stay. Mariners point and her rental allows access to lots of social and sport activities making the stay that much more enjoyable. Access to 12 pickleball courts large workout facilities and indoor/outdoor pools.

Lovely condo with beautiful views overlooking the lake and a large grass area. We had amazing sunrises and sunsets while visiting. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable and the complex has tons of amenities.

This Condo was decorated absolutely gorgeous with a nautical feel that I love! Very clean and pristine! The view was spectacular from our balcony to see the lake and the mountains! I can actually say I have not slept that well in a long time in a very comfy bed! Bernard's Landing was top notch, and I am planning on returning! Friendly people in the town and the food was great!

We go to Lynchburg/Forest at least 2 times a year. For a small town, it’s very busy around the restaurants and stores(aka the strip)! This was tucked away but still close to where we wanted to be. High end finishes and beautiful mountain chic.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!
