Ivan is a very communicative, friendly and accommodating host. We were welcomed by his mother at the house and felt welcome. The communication with Ivan was spotless and straightforward. He responded immediately to requests and questions and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the house is quiet, with a huge property and a beautiful river. There were many opportunities to do sports, whether in the pool or on the basketball court integrated into the property. Both can be used day and night. The wifi was fast enough. Kitchen as well as good quality bathrooms, however, a few more cooking utensils could be available. We felt very comfortable as a group of 6 boys and can highly recommend the house!

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

We loved Isidoras place! Such a beautiful, quaint and homely air bnb. The views were fantasic from the home and terrace, you could see and hear the bell tower which was amazing. Isidora was lovely and left a bottle of wine and gift on the table which was much appreciated. Plenty of towels, linen and shower essentials. We didn't cook here but plenty of kitchen essentials if needed. The home was super easy to find with her directions. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by and the whole of Perast is walkable from here. I would highly recommend the Red and White wine bar for an evening drink! Our stay was perfect and I would highly recommend Isidoras home when visiting Perast.

We stayed with Branka and her husband for two weeks. The place is as shown on the pictures and in the description. There is everything you need to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation! The two are fantastic hosts. They are incredibly accommodating, helpful and kind! If you have any questions, you always had an open ear for us and when the oven didn't work properly, you immediately ordered a new one and had it installed. Thanks for a great stay with you!

The view is just amazing. The terrace is huge and all yours under your feet in Budva. The location of the house is outside the center and about 15 minutes away. Olga helped us with everything. If you have your own car and are coming to Budva, we would recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Frida. All exactly as described; clean and adequately stocked. The apartment upstairs was lovely, with a gorgeous vine covered balcony. It was perfect for meal times out there in late October. Downstairs is another area comprising a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a side room for sleeping a single. I have a suggestion for this space which I shall write to Danijela about. I have already recommended this place to 2 friends. Budva in October is perfect for me as I don’t like the hot sun. The apartment is right inside the old town walls and everything is within 5 minutes. Paying car park not too far. I’d go again. Danijela is an excellent host and responds quickly for any queries on site.

We really enjoyed staying in Dobrota. The house was located close to the beach with beautiful stone piers. Darko showed us the house and helped us quickly when we had issues with the warm water.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

This was a great stay - the house is huge (plenty of room for two families) and the pictures are a true representation. Milos was exceptionally responsive and communicated really helpfully and clearly. The house is walking distance to Old Kotor town - but it is a good 25 mins walk. Great views along the way although the road is narrow and some local drivers terrifying. The only mildly negative points is that it did feel like we were staying after the house had been through a long and busy season. Hopefully it can be given a deep clean and some maintenance in the winter months. Overall, highly recommended.

Super new facility with vacation rentals. The staff was very friendly and fulfilled all wishes. Free coffee at check-in. When carrying the suitcase was immediately packed. It was very nice. I'd love to come back. The way at the end was poorly signposted. But otherwise 5 🌟 stars.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

Holidays in Montenegro for an amateur, lived with two small children in Montenegro in different apartments for almost a month. The last 5 days have been booked at Yvette's apartment. To be honest, we were very sorry... we were very sorry that we had booked our entire vacation in the apartments at Yvette's. Great service, silence, great kids, clean pool! In general, it is better to find something for children. Montenegrins are not as neat and pristine in matters of service as our compatriot Yvette. This villa is perfect for large groups. Every bedroom being en-suite is superb. From the moment of booking, the communication with Nikola has been first class. He immediately responds to questions and readily offers suggestions for the local area. Arguably, the best feature of this property is the front terrace which offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It’s also 10 steps from the refreshing water for a good swim to clear the head. There was a TV, we never used it! The kitchen and adjoining utility room contained all the essential items to stay in comfort. I would certainly recommend hiring a car although the local taxis were great. It’s about an hour to stroll into Kotor town centre which is a beautiful walk. The car is more to reach the surrounding mountains-top sites which are awesome. There are a couple of restaurants on the doorstep and they were fine but the real beauty is visiting the old town. For peace, tranquility, facilities and that view, look no further!

What a pearl! Both the village and surroundings and the property! Everything is very nice and flexible! We had a bigger terrace than expected and the view is lovely! The curtains are not completely 100% blackout, so be careful if you're a light sleeper. But normally you bring your own eye mask if you are a bit self-conscious 😝 Thank you Vladimir!

The clean apartment and owner responded quickly and was helpful. The pool area was really cool too! The scenery was really beautiful, especially at sunset. Nothing to blame.

We had a fantastic stay in Tivat! The apartment was perfect for our family, especially with the cot for our baby. It was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool and indoor playground were great for our energetic toddler, and the location was quiet yet close to everything. Ljiljana, the host, was very accommodating and communicated well throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place for families and would love to return!

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

Aytaç provided quick answers to our questions. The house was clean and tidy as in the photos. It was a house we might want to stay in again.

Wonderful family nest in the mountains, very cozy. The house fills with the warmth and care of the family. Milan met us as the most dear guests, gave us tea, told us about the house and good places. The house is warm, there is heating in the form of air conditioners.

The location is excellent, very, very close to the north gate (river gate) of Kotor. Very close to my favourite pizzeria, pasta shop and ice cream shop. The supermarket was also close by. Everything in the house has been thoughtfully thought out. Everything you need is available. Just as it looks in the photos. The garden is very beautiful. Dimitri and Alina were wonderful hosts and we thank them endlessly. Dimitri responded to our questions in a short time. The places he recommended were very nice. Kotor is really a marvellous place. Perast is a corner of paradise must be seen. It was an unforgettable experience...(Improvements: It would be nice to have a curtain on the tiny window overlooking the garden, I covered it with a cloth and it was fine. The glass above the entrance door falls intense light. Mini curtains would not be bad. Those who will come in the winter stone floors are comfortable if they bring slippers with them). You can stay in this apartment without hesitation.

I unfortunately was not allowed to enter the country, the host was incredibly helpfull and communicative Would highly recommend staying here!
