First of all, the host Savo was interested. She answered every question we asked instantly and was helpful. The house was tidy and clean. As a neighborhood, it was a peaceful, calm and quiet house where we slept comfortably. We stayed peacefully with our two children

Nice location, close to the old town. Parking included which was super helpful. Easy check and good communication from the host.

In general, I have a very good impression of the stay, the place is at the top, so the car will definitely not be unnecessary, but there is no problem with parking, I recommend😁

Good owner friendly helpful, and kind have a nice stay

Jelena was very quick to respond and helped with various questions, not only those related to accommodation. For example, she recommended excursions and the best places in the area, and also gave me advice on tourist registration. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jelena's apartment! Thank you!

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Ivan is a very communicative, friendly and accommodating host. We were welcomed by his mother at the house and felt welcome. The communication with Ivan was spotless and straightforward. He responded immediately to requests and questions and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the house is quiet, with a huge property and a beautiful river. There were many opportunities to do sports, whether in the pool or on the basketball court integrated into the property. Both can be used day and night. The wifi was fast enough. Kitchen as well as good quality bathrooms, however, a few more cooking utensils could be available. We felt very comfortable as a group of 6 boys and can highly recommend the house!

The view is just amazing. The terrace is huge and all yours under your feet in Budva. The location of the house is outside the center and about 15 minutes away. Olga helped us with everything. If you have your own car and are coming to Budva, we would recommend staying here.

Very cozy little appartment only few meters from the sea, and close to Kotor old town. Everything was perfect with the hosts, I will come back for sure.

We absolutely loved the place! It was very rural, relaxing and remote. There were barely a handful of people in the village, although apparently there are 2 bars and it is very busy in the summer. The house is charming . I slept in the master bedroom. The bed was so comfy ! Had coffee in the morning on the balcony. Stunning. There is a water filter and tap for drinking water. We rented a kind of motor boat from the landlord , which was an exciting experience . Our landlords were super helpful. We showered them with questions and they were always helpful and responsive. Great English too! Important to know: we arrived on a Sunday and there are no shops open in Montenegro on Sundays so come with supplies.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

We felt very comfortable with Nenad! It is a great apartment with a nice terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had problems finding the accommodation (driving to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 min walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Goran is a nice host. The apartment was just like the pictures. It was easy to find and enter. It is small but there is enough space for two people. It was clean and I like the decoration. I enjoyed the balcony and its view. I used the kitchen a few times. Main utensils are available but it can use a little upgrade, like maybe add tongs and replace the broken wooden spoon. Everything was clean, just one small exception, I didn’t feel comfortable using the kettle, it needs a little limescale cleaning. Other than that the kitchen was fine. It has a big fridge and even an oven. Bathroom was fine as well. The washing machine became very useful. There are enough towels as well. Location wise, it is close to the main bus station which was an important factor for us. I don’t think it is too far from Old town but it is not a 10 minute walk by my speed. There is a very delicious sushi place and a very big market in the residence. And there are some bars around. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

A very quiet and cosy apartment with a beautiful view. Close to grocery store, bakery and seaside. Great swimming opportunities. Local life and friendly people around. Ivona was great to help with sightseeing and taxi. We really enjoyed our stay😊Thank you!

Lovely host, apartment was spacious with a beautiful view

Great apartment for its price, from large view windows to the floor there is a magnificent view of the mountains and the sea, there is a balcony. The room is bright and clean, freshly renovated, has everything you need, a good shower and kitchenette, air conditioning. The place is quiet and cozy. It is a 20-minute walk from the beach and shop. The host provides helpful instructions. We really liked it and recommend this place and would love to rent this apartment ourselves again.

Masha and her husband were really helpful for my stay, I came into Budva with no plans and Masha's husband gave some good recommendations and i must say it's one of the best weekends I've spent in my life. There's also a great Asian restaurants by the side of the house and everything you need is within a walkable distance
