Villa vacation rentals in Beausoleil

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, quiet, and close to many attractions. Jean was very welcoming and responsive. I would highly recommend it!

We stayed over a rainy 11 days in April. Advantages of accommodation: - Highlight has to be the pool. Gloriously warm. More like a swim spa big enough for kids to play in. Views from deck are great too. Very green - Open plan downstairs is great for holidays. - Airport very close, 15 mins max - It's about a 20 min walk down hill to Cagnes; great town with numerous restaurants, supermarkets and chocolate shops. Not touristy too. - Plenty e-bike hire across area. Off road cycle tracks, particularly on promenade, are amazing - Cagnes well served with train station headed east to nice (onto monaco) and west to Antibes, Cannes (onto marsaille) - Two large shopping malls close. Other villages, such as Vance to the north worth a visit. Canyon Adventure (like a better go ape) worth a visit. Also Village of Fools if you have kids. all really easy drive. Disadvantages (very few!) - As one other review stated, few mugs, so I bought one! - Bedroom design a bit awkward with sloping ceilings

We had the best Easter vacation ever. The whole family in place, even our dog had a perfect time, where she could run free all the time in the yard and garden. We really loved the house, the facilities and the neighbourhood. Highly recommended from us. We have plans to return to this paradise.

Catherine’s place is great - very quiet, beautiful surroundings, sunny side, very conveniently located to explore the coast. The house is well proportioned, smartly designed with large living room, open kitchen, access to pool throughout and nice rooms. It is also very easy to park. Catherine is very kind, responsive and helpful, a great host. Would love to return again! 🙏

Thanks! Thank you for allowing me to discover the French Riviera under these conditions. The house is ideally located at the top of the hill which allowed me to enjoy an amazing view. The welcome notebook is very well done and I was able to visit a lot of things thanks to the tips and places I found there. The house is comfortable with a beautiful pool and very well exposed all day. The neighborhood is very quiet while being very close to everything (supermarket, sea, racecourse, and the main cities of the Region that I wanted to see). In short, a pure moment of rest and pleasure for me. I would definitely come back because I really enjoyed this house (very well equipped). I always wanted to come to the Nice Carnival, and I don't regret it was beautiful. The house is a 20-minute drive from the Carnival (top). I will probably rent again for another year but that's another story. As you can see, I would highly recommend this house. Carlos

Excellent villa, tidy, clean and easy to access.

A beautiful house in a quiet location – and yet super central! Many hotspots are quick and easy to reach, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal if you like to cook yourself. I would particularly like to highlight the hostess: very friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. Beautiful villa with a magnificent panorama in front of the Baou de Saint-Jeannet. Very pleasant swimming pool and pétanque court. Patrick is very kind and ultra responsive which makes communication perfect. The villa conforms to the photos. A change of cushions and bath towels and an even deeper cleaning of this beautiful house, would make the stay more than perfect. The only drawback remains the dented road and the small final slope to park. If the holes are filled in the future, that would be great! Thank you very much Patrick for your welcome.

Michele's place is exactly as described. We had enough space with our large family. The pool was a lot of fun for the little ones and there were also extra play activities for the pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and nothing is missing. We definitely recommend a rental car. Uber is easy to get there but more for 4 people. If you want a family van, you wait in vain. Very friendly communication.

Beautiful home in the hills overlooking Nice. Our host was very helpful and gracious, and the pool was spotless. Would highly recommend!

The host (Helene) was very friendly and helpful from the point of booking. She was flexible about our arrival (due to flight delays) and gave us a warm welcome, including snacks, jam, brioche, milk, juice, wine and ample coffee pods for the machine. The house is beautiful and spacious - it was very well equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was wonderful and set to a nice warm temperature. The location is pleasant and close to the beach. There are limited restaurants nearby but the hypermarket is in walking distance. The bus stop is nearby. It’s about 30 mins walk to the train station but this will take you everywhere along the coast! We had a wonderful week!

Wow! what a beautiful property and setting. Situated in a very quiet, leafy and exclusive street with terrace and balcony views of forests, mountains and the sea in the distance. Straightforward 25 min drive from the airport. 10-15 min walk into a lovely old town. Cyril and his concierge Bérengère are excellent. Lots of helpful responses from Cyril in the lead up to the visit and Bérengère gave us a warm welcome. we arrived quite late on a Sunday so she gave us contact details for a great pizza delivery ('la Pizza'). One of our party had limited mobility so the little downstairs single bedroom with shower room and downstairs toilet was handy. steps up to the property were not steep. Lovely large double bedrooms upstairs all with balcony and great views. Stunning mountain drives and villages in one direction, the French Riviera in the other. Thanks, Cyril!

Thank you to Lana and family for a wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and tour, and felt right at home. The location was lovely - away from loud towns and we could fully relax. Lovely furnishings throughout and a beautiful garden! The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep and without a stable handrail to assist we had to take extra precaution, but overall we loved every minute and would go back in a heartbeat! It was fantastic and is a holiday me and my family will never forget. We chose not to use a car, and used bolt (like Uber) to go to places along with the great train lines to other towns, however would recommend one for anyone planning to do lots of adventures every day as you are located in among steep hills.

We chose this house for a family gathering to celebrate a 50th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. We were able to accomodate some older relatives, as well as young children, and the house worked perfectly. Wonderfully clean and perfectly presented, the home is well equipped with everything. It also had plenty of space for a large multigenerational family. The standout though was the hosts, Lene and Christophe. Lene’s communication before we arrived was great. She met us on arrival, gave us some local recommendations and was on hand with any questions we had. It was wonderful to meet her. We will definitely return to this house, and would thoroughly recommend it to friends and family. Thankyou Lene, for making the finale to our trip before returning to Sydney so enjoyable and memorable.

Beautiful house, very modern and secure. master suite on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. nothing was missing. Very friendly host and available when we needed him, recommended us a lot of places to go or event in the area. 25 min from Nice, quiet. I recommend it+++

Brigitte is just a perfect host, always available if needed but respect very much the guests’ privacy. The whole house was beautifully clean and set up with all the equipments you may need for a relaxing family vacation. The garden is just amazing with lots of hidden spots - our children loved playing hide and seek there. And last but not least the beautiful pool, we were very sad leaving this wonderful vacation spot. Bonus: Saint Paul de Vence is just a 20 driving minutes from the house, which is one of the best places there.

Cyrille and his family are very welcoming and very friendly. I recommend it to everyone looking for a nice and quiet environment. A private and pleasant setting.

We had a great stay at Laurent & Ana's place, was lovely and cosy and had anything we could of possibility needed. Would definitely recommend.

It was an excellent house /villa clean and quiet with great view , it was perfect for our needs not far from the city about 20 mint, it was as described, the owner was helpful at all time , I would recommend 5 out of 5 from me!
