This was thought to be ideal for our stay of six which included four kids ranging 6-16 yrs old...This place exceeded our expectations! Cozy, neat, clean, spacious, loved the gold accents, a balcony w/ beach view and located close to the indoor pool & hot tub for the cooler weather we had. My teenagers enjoy playing outdoor basketball, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub & walks on beach. Has a lot to offer to keep kids entertained. This is a gated community w/ an active HOA -was a good experience- friendly & helpful with my questions. I did have to reach out to our host first night regarding extra sheets for the trundle bed -they answered quickly and we had the sheets inhand before bed -amazing response and resolution timing. The only thing that could have made this stay better was if there wasn't active construction on and around the buildings and other community buildings BUT that did not stop us from enjoying our stay! We will book again next year.

Our group had the opportunity to stay at Steve's rental in Atlantic Beach just 1 block from the ocean. It was a comfort space, very reasonable price (since it was the off season), and we enjoyed the amenities that the kitchen offered as well as the aray of fun games at the house. Steve was very proactive as getting us setup for check in and responsive throughout our entire stay. A beautiful area and very peaceful in the winter. We loved exploring the beach and being so close to plenty of restaurants and town. A memorable stay!

Lisa was a pleasure to deal with, always answered questions in a timely manner. The place was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. We walked the beach, searched for shells and saw a couple of dolphin pods. There were very few people on the property and it was very quiet. We had a GREAT time and would definitely recommend Lisa’s place. We hope to return sometime.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! The place was exactly as pictured—actually, even better in person. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay after long days filled with school activities and exploring the area. The home was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we all got great sleep each night. Our family, especially the girls, truly enjoyed their time here. It felt like a home away from home. Annette was so prompt and helpful with all our questions. Even though we didn’t meet her in person, her warmth and hospitality were clear through every message. We’d love to return—especially when the pool is open so we can enjoy all the extra amenities that come with staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Julie's place for the weekend, checking in on Friday and enjoying two delightful nights before our Sunday morning checkout. The home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and then some! Its proximity to the beach was fantastic—just a short walk away. We particularly loved the amazing backyard, which was perfect for our four-legged friend to explore and play. Additionally, many local shops were conveniently close to the house. Thank you, Jeff and Julie, for being such gracious hosts and making our stay so enjoyable!

Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

It is very clean, everything you need for cooking. Complimentary coffee and creamer. Extra toiletries if needed. Lots of towels! Beach wagon is nice due to the condo being further from the beach and closer to the entrance. Dawn was very accommodating and communicated well. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

BEST host I’ve ever had and the most stunning, spotless, clean, quiet, & safe airbnb I’ve ever seen. While we didn’t get to use the pool because of the temperature when we were staying but we did drive past and it was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! I seriously can’t recommend a better host or house to stay in. If you’re on the fence of booking just do it you will not regret it with the stay & amenities.

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

Carolina Cabana was perfect for our family beach trip. The house is just as described and located in a quiet area that is close to everything. I absolutely adore Linda's home. I love the location, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the view from the balcony, and the surrounding area. I traveled to Atlantic Beach for a business trip, and I'm so glad I choose to stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. It was the perfect mini getaway and Linda was the perfect host.

Teresa's place was perfect for our needs! Super clean and true to the listing. We had everything we could possibly need and more! Close to great restaurants and such a quiet and beautiful beach. It rained for a part of our visit but it didn't bother us at all with such a comfortable condo and balcony with ocean view. My sisters and I enjoy visiting this area each year and all agreed that we would like to make Teresa's place our regular vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo had excellent views of the ocean and sound and was beautifully furnished. We had some minor issues including a missing parking pass, dishes not thoroughly cleaned, dirty washing machine, etc but overall these issues did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo comes with a closet fully stocked with beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys, etc which was an absolutely amazing touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.
