House vacation rentals in Bear Valley

Great location and a spacious, cozy space to stay in. Super clean and had everything we needed. Lovely neighborhood. Walkable to downtown/Main Street. Close to wonderful wineries. Had a great time. Dogs were welcome everywhere. Will definitely come again and highly recommend Xuchun’s place. Thank you!!!

I loved the location, the view from the deck, the closeness to town and literally everything about the house. I came with my Labradoodle for some peace and just taking some time after my husband’s recent passing and the place and surroundings were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a really nice place to stay with family, we had a lot of fun, the place has old world charm.

OMG this home was wonderful and looks brand spanking new. It was perfect for a holiday girls get-together. There were snacks and wine welcoming us and holiday decorations for the season. The kitchen was stocked with everything. The interior design was spot on. The beds were comfy and the towels soft. The place was better than any hotel we could have found, and Kathryn was very responsive. I’m coming back soon.

This place exceeds all comfort expectations. Stylish and well equipped.the house is also well located to visit wineries. The house was very homey and we could all be comfortable on the couches. The outside fire pit was nice too. We did not use the hot tub but it looked newer. The heat pump provided excellent temperature control bot up and down. The neighborhood is not nearly as nice as this house, but the house is up a secluded drive and you really do not notice when you are at the house

We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the stocked fridge and the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to easily prepare meals when we weren't exploring the excellent restaurants in downtown Sonora (just minutes away). Highly recommend staying here to anyone considering visiting Sonora, and we will definitely be back!

We booked Stephanie and Kevin's home to be close to the town as we were going to be in the Parade of Lights for the first time. The town was friendly, walkable and had a lot of great shops. There were eight of us women and we had plenty of room and the house was super comfortable. The kitchen table was large enough for us to all sit together to eat and also made a great space for our Christmas Crafting that we did. We would highly recommend and we have already decided we want to book again for next year! Thank you Stephanie and Kevin!

This was my first stay using Airbnb and Brad far exceeded my expectations. He provided detailed instructions, a very detailed guide to the area, and was very responsive to messages. The home was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The views on the patio were beautiful. It was a quick ride to town and the surrounding wineries. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

This was our second time staying at Bryan's home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. Bryan was great with communication, reaching out early to inform us about some scheduled work in the neighborhood well before it started, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain getaway.

The cabin was as described and comfortably fit our group (2 families, 7 people total). We enjoyed the hot tub and it was nice to have a big table with benches that could fit us all. Jim was extremly responsive, which was very appreciated. We love Bear Valley and we had a nice stay at Jim's cabin. Thanks!

Had a wonderful 2-night stay at this cozy cabin in Arnold! The space was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly nestled in a peaceful forest setting. Loved the quiet atmosphere and proximity to local trails and attractions. The host was responsive and made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

This was our 2nd time staying at The Hideout. First time was a girls weekend, second time was with my 2 kids and nephew. Both times we had an amazing time between the hot tub, fire pit, game room, SUPER cozy beds, huge backyard, amazing amenities, and touches that only the best host could think of. I highly recommend this beautiful home away from home!

The home is just as described and well supplied. We enjoyed the king size bedroom. The 2nd queen bed is upstairs in the loft style room with the twin beds, no bathroom upstairs. We loved having the hot tub (very clean) and fireplace to warm up on chilly nights. Groveland is the closest city to stay for the Big Oak entrance, about 30 minute drive to the entrance. Groveland is a typical small mountain town, we used the Mar-Val grocery just outside the neighborhood entrance. We found the neighborhood very nice and cozy not super crowded nor cookie cutter feel. We did not get a chance to check out the restaurant. We did pizza and wings from 2 Guys and it was good. We got takeout from the Saloon and it was just your basic bar food. Jeff was helped during our stay and the home was just what we needed!

Thanks for accommodating us and our dogs! What a wonderful space. So charming and well equipped. We loved the two large gathering spaces and that there was both a tv and fireplace on the main floor and downstairs. The house had everything we needed to cook for our large group and plenty to keep us entertained. Beds were comfy and the heating system did plenty to keep us warm in the cold weather. Would definitely rent again!

Home was in a beautiful location. Outdoor space for the kids to roam around and explore. Accommodations were just as described. Kids really enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the couches in the living room. Leanne was easy to communicate with and was prompt to respond. Great host!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! What a beautiful and well decorated home. Attention to detail in every corner. Anything and everything you need. Very clean. Bed was so comfy and the sheets and pillows were extra soft. Our pooch, Tango, enjoyed his stay and play in the yard. He got a few good looks at passing deer and birds. I would 100% recommend Jacque’s home. I would love to stay there again. Serene with the sun up and sun down. The notes throughout the home were perfectly placed to help guide and answer any questions you might think of. So glad we were able to stay there!! Thanks Jacque!!

Well, all I can say is that the pictures show you a beautiful house but they don't show you how comfortable it is. I think all of us felt comfortable in the house and like it was a real getaway. I can't wait to stay here when the weather is warm! Loved it!

We enjoyed staying at Olena's chalet. It was comfortable and clean. Olena was proactive with suggestions for picking up groceries and provided easy directions to find the place. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay. This is a great place for families who want to head to Yosemite. Accommodations were as described and the place was clean. Lily was responsive and a nice host!

We absolutely loved our time there. Very short drive to the snow. We loved Big Trees Calaveras park. Market and downtown Murphys were 1-3min drive. The house was spacious and worked great for us. My kids especially enjoyed the back patio. Highly recommended!!!

Jennifer could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She was immediately available when a couple of questions came up. We rented her place so that our extended family could get together for Thanksgiving. It was well appointed, very easily accommodated 8 people, was very family friendly, and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. We look forward to renting again.
