The photos in Marilyn's listing didn't do the beautiful view from the porch and rooms justice. The vistas were simply jaw dropping. We found the house clean, very well arranged, and roomier than expected. The house rules and checkout instructions are well written and easy to understand. You can sense the care that has gone into this hilltop house. I would recommend this home to a friend.

The cabin in beautiful, just what I needed for a quiet getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, the hot tub on the deck was lovely, and there are nice walks available in the neighborhood. Pamela was a kind and helpful host; sometimes took a little while to get an answer but not a big deal. Great stay!

Mark's place was really lovely! We made Thanksgiving meals there, and it was very well-stocked. Wonderful view, great hot tubbing under the stars, lovely view of snow-topped trees. Good for a group. Mark also communicated very quickly in response to questions and if there were any issues. He also was able to bring over a second pack-n-play when we asked, since we had two babies there.

This home is absolutely beautiful, and the scenery is truly one of a kind. It was my first time visiting Colorado, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! My family and I had a wonderful time. One small suggestion for future guests would be to explore options to improve the Wi-Fi. While the current setup wasn’t ideal, we found a solution by visiting a T-Mobile store and using their internet service over cellular towers, which worked well for us. The host does mention that the Wi-Fi might not be the best, and it’s something we overlooked during booking. However, there are several modern solutions available, such as Starlink or mobile hotspots from providers like T-Mobile or Verizon, that could enhance the experience even more.

This property was very comfortable and homey, and the amenities were as described. The view was fantastic and in a very peaceful setting. The location was perfect, very easy to get to locate. I would highly recommend this property. Clean-inviting-amazing views with all the amenities. Check in was easy and Ali was helpful with any questions. Beautiful home and clean. Loved the top porch/deck. The bedrooms are large with plenty of extra space. Thank you Ali for being helpful and making our family vacation memorable.

A few friends and I stayed at Josh's for my 40th birthday. It was the perfect spot for this staycation celebration. The kitchen was fully stocked, the open floor plan with the view off the deck offered great vibes, there was plenty to do without going anywhere (Pac Man, pool, hot tub, etc.), and space for everyone. Josh was responsive and accommodating. Everyone had a wonderful time, and I hope to come back again!

This place is worth every penny. The host was very communicative and went above and beyond to help our family. The pictures do not even justify the views. This place is so peaceful and it is very good for a large family. Our family had lots to do with our stay and the host is very accommodating.

There aren't enough stars to rate our stay at Jenny and Paul's - stop searching and book today! Our hosts were communicative and helpful and within five minutes of being inside we were ready to plan our return trip. The house was perfectly furnished for two humans, two dogs, and a baby. We had everything we needed and no reason to leave. It was a wonderful way to spend a quiet, secluded, and scenic New Years eve away in the woods. Jenny and Paul clearly were experienced in being excellent hosts, we can't thank them enough for allowing us to stay at their place. Fantastic experience all around!

The cabin was well stocked with all the essentials and was clean. The cabin was overlooking a river and is close to downtown Evergreen. It was a perfect spot for our trip to Evergreen.

We really enjoyed our time here. We appreciated the pet friendly accommodation. We did have trouble connecting to the network when we first arrived and the host was helpful in guiding us through the reset of the system. Future guests will want to have 4WD vehicles when staying in the winter. The driveway is steep and can be slippery when it snows. We had two rounds of snow on the mountain and the views were absolutely breathtaking.

Scott was great and very responsive with our requests. We spent Thanksgiving here and Scott’s house was the perfect size for 6 adults. We loved the open kitchen which made it really easy to all hang out and cook. The views from the house are incredible and great for sunrises. Highly recommend!

Roman’s place was perfect for a little remote work getaway! Super cozy, close to beautiful trails, and convenient to get to grocery stores, etc.

Excellent location and friendly check-in! You do have to check-in at a certain time (between 4-6) so not as flexible as some other options. Adorable place and adorable amenities! There were quite a few rules but didn’t harp on our time! I appreciated the 11 am check out and minimal check-out to-do items to complete! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay! This house exceeded our expectations and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The decor was quirky and fun (especially if you know the theme), and the house was comfortable, clean and cozy. The hosts were very responsive and proactive in providing needed information. We would definitely recommend!

Cami and Pete are phenomenal hosts and the space exceeds expectations. I brought my dog up for a restful weekend “staycation” and get completely welcomed while my privacy was respected. The space is perfect for one or two people and Cami & Pete are very dog-friendly, even providing a large dog bed my girl used for the stay. They were the perfect balance of hospitable, friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, and giving space and privacy to their guest. The additional touches in the Bungalow were absolutely perfect, from pens and games to earth-friendly soaps. Instructions were plentiful and accurate, which made settling in a breeze! This is the real deal for Colorado hospitality, with unbeatable views to match!

This was one of our most favorite stays ever. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and views were amazing. We started our trip in Arvada but realized quickly the place where we were wasn’t going to work for us. We searched and ran across Veronica’s place, so we decided to move. Best decision we could have made! Veronica was an incredible communicator and made sure we had all our needs met. We are already considering another trip there and if we do, this will be at the top of our list. It’s not technically handicapped accessible but if you are in a chair like me I would highly recommend it for your stay!

The view from the cabin was spectacular. It was a perfect location for a getaway in that we were within a hour of amazing mountain drives and trails as well as Denver.

Perfect place for an amazing, relaxing vacation. The views couldn’t be any better. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Nice to have restaurants and gas station close by.

Stayed here with some buds for a wedding weekend. The escape into the mountains and forest was refreshing and the views were spectacular. Snowed probably 18" at the beginning of November, so the need for 4WD is a must! We had some difficulty with the electronic lock on the upper unit, but we're able to get into the lower unit to stay during the snowstorm. Jeffrey and Pierce were extremely apologetic for the lock difficulties and were happy everyone was able to stay safely inside for the night, even if it wasn't the unit we rented. We were grateful that it wasn't an issue the following morning and that everything was handled kindly and professionally! If you are looking for a winter wonderland in a truly magical location look no further than this Mountain View House!
