Vacation rentals with a patio in Bayside City

Georgina is a great host. We felt right at home. It was very easy and comfortable. It was handy having a fully stocked kitchen when I was cooking. The location was very convenient - handy to public transport and shops, walking distance to the beach. Georgina responded to all our queries immediately. Nothing was a problem.

A modern well equipped apartment The info book was of great value. We were 2 couples enjoying 6 days in the apartment. The dedicated parking was a bonus too. Location convenient to walk to shops, restaurant and trainstaion. For our purpose it was close to the golf courses. Communicating as well as instructions were perfect.the We will definitely stay again on our next trip and can only recommend this place!

Fiona is the perfect host. She is very responsive when a problem arises. Totally reliable. The place is great: well decorated and very quiet. Fiona makes your stay comfortable. She had thought about everything. I really appreciated the details, like amenities for the beach and the wine :) It was a perfect stay at the beach! Thank you.

I stayed at Natasha’s apartment for a few weeks while my place was being renovated. It is conveniently located to commute into Melbourne with Moorabbin station only a few minutes walk and a supermarket, pharmacy and everything else you need nearby. It is on a main road so there is a bit of traffic noise but it’s otherwise a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was super comfy and there is everything you need to make yourself at home including a great working space. Natasha was very responsive and is a great host.

My second time staying at Sharon’s place and I’ll stay again if I’m back in Elwood. I love it.

Stunning house in Hampton walking distance to some of the areas best cafes. Alex was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We used the house for a corporate business planning session. The multiple spaces allowed for great collaboration and connection. The house is stunningly decorated, perfect for many combos from families to corporate or a girls weekend away. Comfy beds, great spaces. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Would be even more amazing in summer when it’s not a 0 degree Melbourne day!

This was our second stay with Rebecca and Robi as hosts. The location was close to family and friends and amenities were within walking distance. The large backyard and well appointed kitchen enabled us to have friends over for dinner with absolutely everything we needed to whip up a lovely dinner. We have found Rebecca and Robi to be attentive and relaxed hosts, making our stay both seamless and enjoyable.

Nicely renovated townhouse in a private street. Decent amenities & responsive host.

We had a great stay and the house exceeded our expectations. The house was very well equipped and offered a perfect, spacious family home for our stay. It was close by to visit our family in Hampton over Christmas and we found it convenient having Highett shops, restaurants and train station within a five minute walk. Ashley is an excellent host and was very responsive to any messages. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely house. We really enjoyed staying here and had a wonderful family Australian holiday (from the UK).

A lovely stay in an absolutely beautiful area. Coffee shops, restaurants galore, supermarket and a train station within minutes walking plus access to a gorgeous coastal strip. The house was comfortable with a large couch, puzzles and games and a well equipped kitchen. Easy to follow check in instructions plus Sally touched base on check in day to check it everything was ok.

Brilliant stay with myself and my two daughters. The photos don't actually do Mitchell's place justice.. Spacious, high quality furnishings, beautiful bathrooms.. Really private and peaceful, a great set up, if highly recommend. Communication from Mitch was second to none and really helpful

Very comfortable stay. Sharona was a lovely host and was very responsive with any requests. Had everything we needed. In a very nice part of Melbourne and close to cafes and local parks. Reasonable walk to public transport options as we didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay again!

My friends and I stayed with Sarah for just over a month, which was so good! Sarah is an excellent host, her apartment is so practical, clean and has great amenities! Look forward to returning for another stay in the future

Meary was a great host made every effort to accommodate my wishes. As an ex motel owner I am fussy. I was the first late checking and was expected to revert to an email sent with normal checking conditions to identify the number of the apartment. Given the errors in the checking standard document I had no faith in the apartment number. I disturbed Meary at 1:30am requesting this apartment number - she provided immediately and all was good from their. Great stay lovely apartment.

I have stayed at Lisa’s apartment multiple times. It is just a divine place to stay. It is beautifully decorated, lovely bed and linen, the shower is fabulous. Lisa has provided the most comprehensive selection of recommendations of places for food and drinks and I am working my way through the list. Check in/out instructions are clear and easy to follow. Parking is simple and convenient. I am counting on many more visits.

Our family of 8 had a great stay at Lee’s place. We got to see hot air balloon early in the morning, the view was amazing. The apartment was clean and has everything that we need for. The ventilation at each room was great especially during summer season. Will book the stay again when we are back. Thanks for the great apartment!

located in an alley, the building is snuck among the hip coffee shops and when u open the heavy front door its like you walk inside an old movie set. i just love all about it from the building itself to the apt. beautiful well maintain, lots of interesting pieces just wonder the owner must love to traveled around the world. i even met two cute neighbor cats such a lovely bonus for our trip. place is clean and comfy, the concierge also very responsive. we really enjoyed our stay so much thank you ❤️❤️

We had a great stay here. Very close access to trams into the city and walking distance to Southgate and Crown. The Woolworths on the ground floor is perfect for last minute dinners/late night snacks. The fire station and highway are quite loud but the window reduces an impressive amount of the sound when closed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were quick to respond whenever we had issues and were always happy to help.

Dylan was very helpful with instructions and responsive to all requests. Apartment was in a very convenient spot and was very clean! Would stay again!
