Colm was a great host, a great spot and comfortable appointments. My family stayed over the Christmas period to give us space, and this stay was perfect.

Great location close to both train and tram. Kitchen is complete with everything. My son enjoyed the piano whilst completing his Year 12 music assessment. Secured with electric shutters around, aircons all throughout for the humid Melbourne summer days. Addy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Blessings Addy!

Large and lovely clean, newly renovated flat which was well designed so that the bedrooms were at the back and didn’t get any road noise. Great location as walking distance to shops, beach and train station. Only slight disadvantage was the view straight ahead from the front terrace of power lines but really that’s being fussy! Thank you, would love to stay again

A modern well equipped apartment The info book was of great value. We were 2 couples enjoying 6 days in the apartment. The dedicated parking was a bonus too. Location convenient to walk to shops, restaurant and trainstaion. For our purpose it was close to the golf courses. Communicating as well as instructions were perfect.the We will definitely stay again on our next trip and can only recommend this place!

We couldn’t have loved this place more! It felt just like home and in a perfect location for us. The entire apartment was spotless, with all the kitchen tools needed to help us prepare for the festivities we came to McKinnon for! The host was brilliant with clear checking in and out instructions and on hand for any questions should have needed her! Will definitely book again when returning to the area to see friends!

Fiona is the perfect host. She is very responsive when a problem arises. Totally reliable. The place is great: well decorated and very quiet. Fiona makes your stay comfortable. i was looking for a place to stay temporarily in Melbourne.(i live here). I have booked it for a further 3 days. I found everything in order. I liked the ambience of the apartment and building generally.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place. The apartment was as advertised and the indoor plants brought the outdoors inside adding to the feeling of space. The large windows gave the space a light airy feel, making the apartment feel big. The outdoor space was great with outdoor seating and very private, we could not see or hear any neighbours. Victoria was a great host, going the extra mile in purchasing single sheets and splitting the king bed to accomodate my two teenagers. The location of the apartment is only a block or two from the beach and Sandringham shops, in a quiet street. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need to be self contained and cook your own meals. I highly recommend staying at Victoria”s place and would definitely stay again.

Stunning house in Hampton walking distance to some of the areas best cafes. Alex was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We used the house for a corporate business planning session. The multiple spaces allowed for great collaboration and connection. The house is stunningly decorated, perfect for many combos from families to corporate or a girls weekend away. Comfy beds, great spaces. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Would be even more amazing in summer when it’s not a 0 degree Melbourne day!

Review for Rebecca’s House in Bentleigh We recently stayed at Rebecca’s beautiful heritage house in Bentleigh and absolutely loved it. The home strikes the perfect balance between classic charm and modern amenities, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The decor is lovely, and the large windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to fill the rooms. The backyard was a fantastic bonus, offering a great space for both kids and pets to play. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and the welcome basket with chocolates and biscuits was a delightful touch. The location is excellent, with the train station just a short walk away, making it easy to connect to the city. Shops and restaurants are conveniently close, and there are several dog-friendly parks nearby, perfect for morning or evening walks. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and convenient stay in Bentleigh!

Nicely renovated townhouse in a private street. Decent amenities & responsive host.

We had a great stay and the house exceeded our expectations. The house was very well equipped and offered a perfect, spacious family home for our stay. It was close by to visit our family in Hampton over Christmas and we found it convenient having Highett shops, restaurants and train station within a five minute walk. Ashley is an excellent host and was very responsive to any messages. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely house. We really enjoyed staying here and had a wonderful family Australian holiday (from the UK).

A lovely stay in an absolutely beautiful area. Coffee shops, restaurants galore, supermarket and a train station within minutes walking plus access to a gorgeous coastal strip. The house was comfortable with a large couch, puzzles and games and a well equipped kitchen. Easy to follow check in instructions plus Sally touched base on check in day to check it everything was ok.

My friends and I stayed with Sarah for just over a month, which was so good! Sarah is an excellent host, her apartment is so practical, clean and has great amenities! Look forward to returning for another stay in the future

Andrew’s apartment was the perfect stay for a weekend. He was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and made the check-in & check out process as easy as possible. The place was in a great area, very walkable, close to the CBD. The place was clean and cozy with great views.

A great place to stay, quiet location but still walking distance to all the attractions of Southbank and local shops and restaurants. Spacious, clean and well appointed facilities. Nice bathrooms with great water pressure and clean linen, air conditioning works well. Fantastic, fast, friendly communication with host. Highly recommended.

My wife and I absolutely LOVED this Airbnb. The beautiful decor, spotlessly clean bathroom and kitchen and the bed was so comfortable and cozy with the linen bedding. The small details here they went above and beyond with were also so wonderful after traveling in Australia for several weeks - we truly felt at home. We did have a minor issue with parking at check in time but Lisa was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving everything. The one thing I will note if you are traveling during a heat wave such as when we were in Melbourne (36-37 C / 90s F) is that the A/C unit is only in the living room area so it takes awhile to cool the unit down. Lisa does have a fan for the bedroom, but we found with all the windows it was hard to keep the unit cool. However we would still stay again - it was lovely!

We returned for second stay here last week because this apartment has so much going for it. Great host, location, pool, tennis court and well equipped apartment. Perfect for a family of 4 with adult kids.

My stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Melbourne CBD, making it incredibly convenient to access all the city has to offer. From restaurants to shops and attractions, everything was just a short walk away. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy to follow, which made my arrival and departure stress-free. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive, adding to the overall positive experience. A delightful surprise was the neighboring room, which had friendly cats that would occasionally greet me. Their presence added a cozy, homey touch to my stay. Overall, this condo was a perfect home base for exploring Melbourne. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay.

We loved the apartment once we got in. We were cleared for early check in, but once we arrived , there was no access for 2 hours Also the combination inside the mailbox was difficult to operate for both checkin and check out . Other than that , we loved the apartment for location , comfort and access to beach , transportation and restaurants.

We're a family of three and had a fabulous stay at the apartment. The place is nice and modern, very quiet, clean, has all essentials. The tram leaves right at the front door, the supermarket is around the corner, and the neighbourhood walk in the Docklands is delightful. Pool and car park were nice treats as well. We would definitely stay again.
