Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bayside City

This is a beautiful home in Sandringham! Our family of 4 (two boys, 8 and 10) stayed here for a week while visiting Melbourne. The location cannot be beat! Very short walk to the train, Cole’s, the beach, and restaurants/shops. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The street noise did not bother us and there is a quieter back bedroom with two twin beds if you have more sensitive sleepers. The drive to the parking spot was definitely tight (but manageable), so I’d recommend a smaller car if possible. Washer, dryer, two full baths, and an upstairs toilet was perfect! The terrace was lovely to watch the runners and have a coffee. If we come to Sandringham again, we will definitely stay here!

We had an exceptional two months at Michèle's. The place was spotless, impeccably clean, and we felt right at home from day one. Michèle is an extraordinary host: always available to talk, full of good advice, and an exciting person with whom it is nice to chat. We also had the chance to meet his lovely family and dog, who add even more warmth and hospitality to this experience. If you are looking for a place to feel good, surrounded by kindness and generosity, we would definitely recommend Michèle's place. Once again, thank you for everything! Stayed with Luke at his property for 4nights, very welcoming and accommodating to our needs, he was always helpful if we had questions about the area how to get into the city and what to do in the in surrounding areas! Very easy and approachable! We loved staying with Pudding & Watermelon too! Very easy to get into city by tram if you’re looking to stay out of the busy city for a more peaceful and chilled area to stay. If we’re ever in Melbourne again we would 100% stay with Luke again.

Arlene is a very friendly and welcoming host. The family dog was cute, knowledgeable and friendly. The home location is near the beach and a short walking distance from the main street with good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. The bedroom is nice, clean and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom. We would recommend her place. Thank you Arlene for the hospitality.

Immaculately clean place with all the home comforts, especially a coffee machine. Amazing to have a the permit for parking. Perfect size backyard right in the heart of saint kilda. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Jono's place for Christmas was brilliant. Communication leading up to the stay was clear and responsive, and our request to check in a little earlier was accommodated. Jono had booked the rooftop for us for Christmas Day breakfast, which was excellent, and the courtyard offered great privacy. Certainly a place I would look at booking again the next time I am in Melbourne catching up with family. The arrival Christmas hamper was also a really nice touch.

Wonderful host and great accommodation. We were greeted and shown around the apartment upon our arrival. This was the first time a host had taken the time to show me where everything was and it was much appreciated! The space is walking distance to everything you need, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, beach and trams. Highly recommend.

Awesome apartment that feels like a home away from home. Art was super responsive. Sweet location, close to some cool bars & cafes! Would highly recommend!

The place was very nice, we enjoyed our stay here a lot. It's perfect for a couple of days in Melbourne. Close to the beach and lot of restaurants and bars nearby. There's also a tram station close by that brings you to the city center.

We had an excellent stay at Simon’s place! The apartment is in a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the city. It’s well-equipped with a microwave for warming food and a kettle, which was perfect for our needs. Being on a high floor, we enjoyed the cool spring breeze without needing to use the AC. We encountered a small issue with the towels, which seemed to have a slight odor, likely due to air drying indoors. However, Simon was incredibly responsive and proactive; after we reached out, he promptly provided four fresh towels, which made a huge difference. His attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay even better. Thank you, Simon, for your excellent service—highly recommended!” 👍👍👍👍

Great location for getting into the CBD whilst also having a parking space. Communicating with the hosts was easy. Love how the place was decorated. Would recommend but suggest you stay with someone you are very comfortable with as the bathroom door definitely isn't sound proof.
