We spent so much time enjoying our view, whale watching and following the sun go down each night. We couldn’t get enough of it. Perfect location for visiting multiple attractions, bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Parking on site was easy, safe and spacious. Having both a washer/dryer is very important to us and it worked great. Host was gracious and responded quickly to our request to check in a little early. Highly recommend and hope to make this an annual visit.

We have stayed at rentals around the world, and Tina’s place was one of the best. Great location and great views just like the pictures, but the thing that stood out was how well appointed the home was. It truly felt like you were in your own home while also on vacation. Tina was a responsive host, extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!!!

This was the perfect location to share with our family that was coming from out of town. Total of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was the cleanest home I have ever rented. It had more than enough items in the kitchen to cook with and lots of blankets, pillows and fans to be comfortable at night. We will definitely be back for a visit! Thanks again Mollie!

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time at Gary's place. Everything was clean and nice, and the views stunning. Beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms updated and with roomy counter space, and just the overall layout of the place made for an easy and super nice place to hang out. We hope to be back.

Absolutely Amazing! We took my son and his two friends best friends on their last spring break before they graduate. There was enough room for them to do their thing and us to enjoy our stay! Loved the back deck and being able to walk to the beach. It was a perfect stay!

Sandy and Scott's home was amazing. Easily one of the best beach front locations in Neskowin. Extremely private even with the shared wall. The hot tub was hot and very clean. The finishing touches in their home were all noticeable. Kitchen appliances to bathroom fixtures were all a cut above. Would love to spend more time back here.

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

My husband and our two dogs stayed for 3 nights at the cap cod cottage, unit 7. We loved it!! The cottage was so comfortable, had everything we needed to prepare meals, and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach. We literally spent hours on the beach with our dogs! We played card games on the balcony, watched movies in the evening, read books in the cozy arm chairs, and explored in town for a couple hours one afternoon. We barely left the Airbnb or beach and it was the most relaxing vacation. Our dogs felt right at home too. The wood floors were a bit slippery for our older dog, but we had a yoga mat and that helped him with getting on and off the bed. The host provided dog blankets for us which was really nice, because even though we brought towels to clean them it’s hard to get all of the sand cleaned off of dog fur! We will definitely be back again! We appreciated how affordable the rental was and felt like we got an incredible value for the price!

Thank you Robert for hosting us. Such a clean room, easy check in, and beautiful views. Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Thank you Robert!

Very nice home and beautiful/quiet neighborhood. Great set up for 4 adults and 1 infant. We were able to keep baby away from other guests to avoid waking them up which was nice. Has plenty of supplies for cooking which we appreciated. Close to beach access and casino if you enjoy that. Host is super responsive. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family of 3 and dogs! Had everything we needed, great yard, perfect location, and very cute neighborhood. I loved how close it was to so many activities and also felt very comfortable to just hang out when it was really rainy. It was great to have a fully fenced yard for the dogs and although we brought dog beds and bowls, it was very thoughtful to have those provided as well. Larry was very communicative before and throughout our stay. We loved the corn hole game as well! Definitely looking forward to another coast trip and stay here!

Our first time staying here, the view was great, the access point to the beach was so convenient! the bedroom was spacious for us and the bed was so soft we slept great! We brought our dog and she enjoyed climbing the stairs daily. Only a few down falls for me was having the dog area on the opposite side of the building to where our room was and Sadie (our puppy) wasn’t a huge fan of the pebble rock for the dog area. Also, not having a smart tv to connect to our different accounts was a bummer but having cable was good. Overall, our dislikes wouldn’t stop us from coming back.

Pictures do not do this place justice! It’s impossible to capture the amazing 180 views of the ocean. The home is beautiful! The open floor plan and large rooms were perfectly decorated, clean, & comfortable. We loved all of the seating areas! The area is walkable and very dog friendly. We will definitely be back!!

The home was clean and it was peaceful. short drive into Tillamook or Cloverdale for restaurants and a short drive to the beach, and sand dunes. not great for a trailer the home is off the main road and a blind corner right before. thankfully we did not bring our wheeling rig.
