A very cosy place that feels like home. Spacious enough for big group of people. Great cleanliness. Perfect location as there are restaurants, cafe and KTV at walkable distance.

Liming and Kaiwen were very communicative and responded quickly to my queries and gotten help for me when i asked very soon. The place provided was really comfortable with a private surroundings. Would definitely visit again!

Felt like a local’s home in penang. Host was friendly and responsive too. Loved that the host included a water purifier machine in the house ! Saves us the trouble of buying tons of bottled water back :)

Sparkling clean and very near Gurney Drive

Easy to locate the house just opposite the MBPP foodcourt. Easy breakfast at the foodcourt. Shops just 5 min walking distance. Parking along the road side available. Centre location to travel by car to areas like Relau, Ayer Itam or Town. The rooms are big and comfy and air con cooling. Overall good for big group or family gathering.

I had the pleasure of staying at Value Inn homestay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The rooms was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved having access to all the little amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Location: Located in the city center and easy to find in waze/google maps Room Quality: Comfortable and clean. Complete with facilities including wifi

Overall was very clean but found cockroach roaming at upstairs room toilet at my last day of stay but i believe it was from the shops and bars below the building la. Overall the stay experience is good as i stay at floor 13 and the sound from the bar is quite distance also so cant hear loud music 🙏🏻. Thank you & have a great day!

perfect stay for 10pax

The place was the host described and similar to the posted photos. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We had 21 pax with us and everyone slept comfortably. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for those planning for a large gathering.

House is clean, no kitchen provided. Rental is per room not the whole house. Front door cant be close only room door have the key. parking is limited is for gathering more than 5 cars , have to park outside because are occupied by others. Overall ok for short stay.

The place is clean and have the basic items. Love how there is ventilation fan in the bathrooms to keep them dry. Host is responsive when I encountered issue with the washing machine.

Cher place is excellent so far the best staying place, the bed is very comfortable better than some hotel. The house is very grand and everything is available. Definately will visit again if come to penang.

Host is very responsive and helpful during the period of our stay. Check in process was smooth and clear. Cher was always there whenever we encountered questions during our stay. Thanks to her meticulous checking, Cher has informed us a day before our arrival that there was some electrical failure in our original booking & offered to upgrade us to a bigger house across the original place. House was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Perfect for big families! it's a strategic location as well being 15 - 20 minutes away from Georgetown with plenty of breakfast/local food places nearby. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in penang.

We had a terrific time staying at Sayang (April)'s historical home. Sayang went above and beyond with her many, many food recommendations. She also dropped off some traditional medicine for an injury I had sustained and checked in frequently with us. I would recommend staying at this well located and interesting Airbnb.
