My wife, mate, dog and I all stayed at Lucy's place for the MotoGP. The place was spotless, comfortable and secure. Very convenient location for the MotoGP and for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Our dog loved the garden and it was wonderful to have him with us for the weekend. Lucy's instructions were very detailed and clear, and she was also immensely flexible with the check-out time as we needed somewhere to keep the dog until we got back from the race in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend Lucy's place and we'd love to stay again!

Amanda’s place has more than what we needed. Toiletries provided for and house was simply serene and beautiful esp her front and back yard. The spa was a bonus and she was really kind to allow us an early check in and late check out and also accommodated our bunnies . Thank you Amanda .

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

Great, comfortable home with plenty of space for our family & lots of activities along with a big back yard. Within walking distance to cowes (15 mins) & the beach (10 mins).

We had a great time, house perfect for families and friends. Kids enjoyed the big backyard, played cricket and basketball, as well as all the fun things to do inside like pool and table tennis. The location was perfect, we could walk to the main street, with the shops and beach close by. Would stay again!

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

Great sized place for small family, having bedrooms upstairs gives privacy in the lounge area. Clean and well laid out apartment.

We will definitely be back!! This house was perfect for what we needed. It felt like home. Easy to relax and was fabulous having the Heath club with pool nearby. All clean!! Close enough to town without the chaos. Was peaceful and had great walks nearby. Kangaroos at our doorstep at dusk ☺️ Heike (owner) was very responsive and her communication and instructions were amazing!! Thank you!!!

This was our third stay with Jacinta's place. As always it was fantastic. Super clean and such a great location to the beach. We love that everything is provided - linen, towels, coffee pods!! Such good value for money compared with other properties on the Pennisula (that make you pay extra for these items or tell you to bring yourself!). Jacinta is always super helpful with fast response times and recommendations. We will be back for sure. It has become our annual family tradition spot and we love it!

This was our second time staying at Veronique’s Box Hill properties. We decided to come back again for this trip because I noted how quiet the apartment was during our first stay, unlike many of the newer/fancier listings where you can hear your neighbours cough or flush their toilets. Another big bonus for us is the ease of parking. Flat driveway with numerous reserved spots which are always empty, making it perfect for those with low cars.

I stayed at Manik´s place for three weeks. Everything was great, but I especially liked the well equipped kitchen, the attention to detail with the furniture and equipment in all rooms down to the supply of all things you need in everyday life. I can absolutely recommend Manik´s place to anybody.

We had 3 nights at Lanie’s while in Melbourne attending the Australian Open. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We've booked the place on a last minute notice, and it was exteremly welcoming and cosy. The place was clean and organized, the kitchen had everything we've needed and the backyard was a nice addition in a very hot day and night.

Dianna was a wonderful host and gave very detailed check-in and checkout instructions making the process seamless and easy. The Airbnb was stocked with plenty of amenities, more than what was even described - what a pleasant surprise! Our stay was incredibly comfortable and we would love to visit again. Thank you!

We stayed a month in Kristina's beautiful apartment. We found it spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Kristina is the perfect host. She could not have been more friendly, welcoming and kind. We loved the location, easy walking distance to the shops and eating places on Beaumaris Concourse and just a few steps away from the beach. We loved walking along the coast to Black Rock in one direction and Mordialloc in the other. There was a handy supermarket just opposite the apartment and an excellent Japanese restaurant. Bothy, next door but one was a great place for coffee and they make delicious sandwiches. We also enjoyed Ricketts Point beach cafe and, a little further afield, Cerebus (Black Rock) was a great place for a sunset meal. Overall a wonderful stay which we will always remember.

Dijon was a great responsive host and has a wonderful apartment in nice area with lots of great eateries and an IGA almost across the road. On the tram line as well making it an easy commute. The security is exceptional with a fob front door and secure elevator. The queen bedroom has plenty of storage and a super comfy queen bed. A/C to both the lounge and bedroom. The private deck is good including a gas BBQ. No washing machine but there is a launderette a few doors down. Fast Wi-Fi was great. Will stay here again. Thanks Dijon :-)

Peter was more than accommodating to our needs. He met us at the property to ensure a smooth process. The apartment is bright, sunny and very comfortable with easy access to the lift right outside the entrance. Tram stops in very close walking distance. Restaurants, Aldi and Woolworths almost on your doorstep. Highly recommend 👌

A really lovely place, just what we were looking for. Our hosts were warm and friendly. Has beautiful views in a private tranquil setting. Close to shops, beach and amenities.

We loved the apartment once we got in. We were cleared for early check in, but once we arrived , there was no access for 2 hours Also the combination inside the mailbox was difficult to operate for both checkin and check out . Other than that , we loved the apartment for location , comfort and access to beach , transportation and restaurants.
